DUKES Dubai scoops coveted ‘Best Development Marketing Dubai’ award for upscale residences project; beats other high profile contenders to assert position as leading luxury developer
Luxury property developer Seven Tides International has added another accolade to its trophy wall after being named ‘Best Development Marketing Dubai’ at the recent Arabian Property Awards 2015, for its DUKES Dubai hotel apartments project.
The Dubai headquartered developer was recognised at a gala awards ceremony held at the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai on 12th November 2015, beating several other shortlisted entrants to bag the top prize in this highly coveted category.
The dedicated regional awards for the long-established International Property Awards global programme, Seven Tides International triumphed following a stringent judging process that involved a panel of over 80 experts, presided over by two members of the UK House of Lords.

سيفن تايدز انترناشيونال تفوز بجائزة العقارات العربية 2015
فازت سيفن تايدز انترناشيونال، شركة التطوير العقاري الفاخر، بجائزة ’أفضل شركة تسويق عقاري في دبي‘ وذلك ضمن جوائز العقارات العربية 2015 تكريماً لجهودها المتميزة في تسويق مشروع ديوكس دبي للشقق الفندقية.
وتم تكريم شركة التطوير التي تتخذ من دبي مقراً لها في حفل منح الجوائز الذي أقيم في فندق جي دبليو ماريوت ماكيز دبي، حيث تفوقت على العديد من الشركات التي وصلت للقائمة النهائية لتنال هذه الجائزة المرموقة ضمن واحدة من الفئات شديدة التنافسية.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى إن حصول شركة سيفن تايدز انترناشيونال على هذا التكريم المرموق جاء في أعقاب عملية تحكيم صارمة بمشاركة لجنة يزيد عددها عن 80 خبيراً بضمنهم عضوان من مجلس اللوردات البريطاني.

وأضاف، "تم بيع 86% من مشروع ديكوس دبي للشقق الفندقية" ، ويعود الكثير من الفضل في ذلك إلى جهود الحملات التسويقية الاستراتيجية المتكاملة التي تخاطب مباشرة المشترين المحتملين، إلى جانب الدعم المقدم من حملة العلاقات العامة التي تسهم في إيصال قيم الشركة باعتبارها مطوراً ينتهج أعلى قيم الجودة."
ويذكر إن مشروع ديكوس دبي الذي سيتم تسيلمه إلى المستثمرين في الربع الأول من عام 2016 يجسد تماماً مشروع ديوكس لندن الشهير، حيث يحتل موقعاً مركزياً على جذع ’النخلة جميرا‘ ويبعد مسافة عشر دقائق عن مرسى دبي وشارع الشيخ زايد و45 دقيقة عن مطار دبي الدولي.
وتستهدف شقق المشروع الفندقية البالغ عددها 227 المستثمرين من المنطقة والعالم، حيث تؤكد سيفن تايدز بإن عائدات المشروع ستبلغ 10% سنوياً خلال السنوات الخمس الأولى.
ويحظى ضيوف الشقق الفندقية بدخول حصري إلى الفندق المجاور المؤلف من 273 غرفة وإلى مرافق الترفيه العالمية بما فيها بركة سباحة رائعة وبركة سباحة داخلية وبركة أخرى خارجية وقاعة رشاقة بمعايير عالمية إضافة إلى المطاعم ومرافق الترفيه الخمس في أعلى الفندق.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى إن شعار جوائز ’العقارات الدولية‘ (انترناشيونال بروبيرتي) يرمز إلى التميز في عالم العقار وتحتل مكانة مرموقة ضمن أبرز الجوائز التي تكرم القطاعات السكنية والتجارية. وتعمل لجنة الحكام من الخبراء الدوليين المعروفين على تحديد أهم مشاريع المباني وكذلك أبرز شركات التطوير العقاري العربية عالية الجودة. وتسهم هذه الجوائز في منح المطورين مثل ’سيفن تايدز‘ مكانة متميزة.
