Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developer of the multipurpose mega project ‘Falconcity of Wonders’ that is being built in Dubai, demonstrated major investment prospects to hotel operators and investors during its participation at ‘The Hotel Show 2015’ hospitality expo held recently at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The city-scale model of the development on display throughout the show attracted visitors, potential investors and fellow exhibitors for its unique ‘World in a City’ concept characterized by internationally-inspired architectural designs and distinctive amenities.
Falconcity of Wonders’ unique development model featured prominently during the event’s Vision Conference which focused on the most promising mega projects currently underway in the region. As an important event for international hotel, restaurant, café and foodservice players and an integral part of Dubai’s annual tourism calendar, The Hotel Show was an excellent platform for Falconcity of Wonders to draw global attention to its distinctive and diverse elements, massive investment appeal, and Dubai’s stature as a lifestyle and leisure hub.

Occupying more than 41 million square feet, Falconcity of Wonders is a sprawling residential, tourist, entertainment and recreational complex shaped in the form of a Falcon in tribute to the UAE’s emblem, cultural and heritage. The mega development is renowned for its reproduction of famous sites and structures representing the ‘Wonders of the World’ – including the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Eiffel Tower, the Pyramids of Giza, the Taj Mahal, and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon to name a few.

قدمت "فالكن سيتي أوف وندرز"، المطور العقاري للمشروع الضخم "فالكن سيتي أوف وندرز" والذي يجري بناؤه في دبي، فرصاً استثمارية كبيرة لمشغلي الفنادق والمستثمرين، وذلك على هامش مشاركتها في "معرض الفنادق 2015" الذي أقيم مؤخراً في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي. واستقطب نموذج التطوير العقاري للشركة الذي تم عرضه خلال الحدث الزوار والعارضين والمستثمرين المحتملين، نظراً لفكرته "العالم في مدينة" والمتمثلة بتصاميم معمارية مستوحاة من جميع أنحاء العالم بالإضافة إلى مرافقها المتميزة.

حضارات العالم التي تمثل "عجائب الدنيا"، بما في ذلك برج بيزا المائل وبرج إيفل وأهرامات الجيزة وتاج محل وحدائق بابل المعلقة.
