- Leading logistics firm’s CSR initiative offers entertainment and distributes gifts during program

DHL Express Qatar has recently organized a visit to the Nedaa Centre for disabled children as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focus. The visit included several fun-filled activities and an exciting entertainment program to delight the kids featuring performances by magicians and clowns. DHL staff played an active role during the event and distributed gifts and bicycles to the beneficiaries.
This recent program is part of the company’s continuous CSR set of initiatives that have been developed for implementation this year. These initiatives are a reflection of the values and principles that DHL Express aims to cultivate within its organization, as well as the general public. DHL Express has spearheaded various CSR campaigns such as the ‘As One Initiative’ and ‘Health Week’ which support the Qatar National Vision 2030’s goal of creating a physically and mentally well-rounded society.
“We have always encouraged our own staff to take part in our advocacies beyond their active participation in our annual sports and charity activities as well as blood donation drives, all of which are important components of our overall CSR strategy. DHL Qatar remains committed to various cause-oriented activities as we are dedicated to promoting a culture of social responsibility in Qatar,” concluded Nael Attiyat, Country Manager DHL Express Qatar.
"دي. إتش. ال إكسبرس قطر" تنظم زيارة إلى "مركز نداء" لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

أجرت شركة "دي. إتش. ال إكسبرس قطر" مؤخراً زيارة إلى "مركز نداء" للأطفال من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وذلك في إطار الجهود المستمرة التي تبذلها الشركة في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات. وتضمنت الزيارة العديد من الأنشطة المليئة بالمرح، وبرنامج ترفيهي شيق، رسم من خلاله لاعبو الخفة والمهرجون البسمة على وجوه الأطفال. وعلى هامش الزيارة، قام موظفة الشركة بتوزيع الهدايا والدراجات الهوائية على الأطفال.
وتأتي هذه الزيارة ضمن مجموعة من المبادرات المتواصلة التي طورتها "دي. إتش. ال إكسبرس قطر" في إطار برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركة. وتعكس هذه المبادرات القيم والمبادئ النبيلة التي تسعى الشركة الى نشرها بين الموظفين والمجتمع ككل. وكانت شركة "دي. إتش. ال إكسبرس" قد نظمت العديد من المبادرات مثل “As One” و "أسبوع الصحة" بما يدعم ركيزة التنمية البشرية المنضوية تحت "رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030" والمتمثلة ببناء مجتمع صحي في الدولة".
