Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain – 16th September 2015: Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (“Mumtalakat”), and Minor Hotel Group (MHG) today announced the development of a 220-luxury waterfront resort in Durrat Al Bahrain under Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. The hotel will be the first hotel in Durrat Bahrain as part of integrated destination project comprising of major hospitality and leisure components.
Anantara Durrat Al Bahrain Resort, which will be opened in 2018, will offer 220 rooms, including Beach Villas and Overwater Pool Villas. Additional facilities will include a selection of restaurants, meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art ballroom, a gym, a kid’s club, a teen centre, and an impressive Anantara Spa. The resort will be managed by Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas which is part of Minor Hotel Group (MHG), a hospitality and leisure company based in Thailand which has a portfolio of 134 hotels and resorts in 22 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean.

MHG now has a total of ten hotels and resorts in operation across multiple brands in the Middle East, in addition to a growing pipeline. Two Anantara resorts are in the final stages of development in Oman and three new Anantara resorts have been announced earlier this year to open in the region in 2017/18 in the UAE, Tunisia and Morocco. Overall, Anantara currently has a portfolio of 34 hotels and resorts in operation in ten countries across Asia, the Indian Ocean, Africa and the Middle East, along with a pipeline of more than ten properties in multiple countries.
شركة ممتلكات البحرين القابضة تتعاون مع مجموعة ماينور للفنادق لتطوير فندق ومنتجع أنانتارا درة البحرين
المنامة، مملكة البحرين – 16 سبتمبر 2015: أعلنت شركة ممتلكات البحرين القابضة (ممتلكات) ومجموعة ماينور للفنادق (المجموعة) عن عزمها لتطوير فندق ومنتجع فاخرجديد في مملكة البحرين، حيث سيكون المنتجع الأول من نوعه في درة البحرين وسيحمل إسم " أنانتارا درة البحرين" وستتولى تشغيله شركة "أنانتارا" للفنادق والمنتجعات والنوادي الصحية.
ومن المتوقع أن يتم افتتاح الفندق في عام 2018م المقبل، وسيوفر الفندق 220 وحدة تتضمن غرف فندقية، فلل مطلة على البحر، برك سباحة، بالإضافة إلى مطاعم مختلفة، غرف اجتماعات، قاعة للحفلات، نادي رياضي، نادي للأطفال، وسبا أنانتارا. وستتم إدارة المنتجع من قِبل منتجعات وسبا أنانتارا المملوكة من قِبل مجموعة ماينور للفنادق، وهي شركة متخصصة في الضيافة والترفيه يقع مقرها الرئيس في تايلاند، ولديها محفظة تتكون من 134 فندقًا ومنتجعًا في 22 بلدًا في جميع أنحاء آسيا، المحيط الهادئ، والشرق الأوسط، بالإضافة إلى أوروبا، أمريكا الجنوبية، أفريقيا، والمحيط الهندي.

الجدير بالذكر بأن مجموعة ماينور للفنادق تُدير عدد 10 فنادق ومنتجعات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، كما تدير المجموعة عدد 34 فندقًا ومنتجعًا في آسيا، المحيط الهندي، أفريقيا، والشرق الأوسط. وتعمل المجموعة على الانتهاء من منتجعين في سلطنة عمان واللذين سيتم افتتاحهما قريبًا في صلالة والجبل الأخضر، بالإضافة إلى الإعلان عن فندق جديد في دبي، تونس والمغرب.
