- Recruitment strengthens CBRE’s strategy of regional growth
Bahrain, 30 September 2015 – CBRE, the global real estate consulting firm, today announced two new appointments to its Bahrain business.
CBRE Bahrain, opened in 2008, now has a fast-growing team covering its core services: research and consultancy, valuation, asset services, property management as well as sales and agency. The Bahrain office also services Saudi Arabia and the addition of key team members further strengthens CBRE capabilities in the region. The new management appointments, within research and consultancy service line, reflect the increasing demand in the field. As developers and investment firms seek international expertise and development advice, CBRE Bahrain is well positioned to provide feasibility, best-use studies and market research to support development decisions for their clients, with an expanding team that includes key personnel with a wealth of experience.
With more than 10 years’ experience across the region in the real estate sector, which includes senior management positions at both Cluttons and Savills, James Lynn joins CBRE Bahrain as Director and Head of Research and Consultancy, covering both Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. In this role, James is tasked with utilising his knowledge of Middle Eastern markets, to deliver development services to public and private sector clients, covering a cross section of asset classes, including: residential, office, retail, hotel and industrial.
Orest Lachowycz joins as a Research and Consultancy Manager at CBRE Bahrain. He brings over a decade of experience of working within the region, with a background that includes market research and project management. As part of his profile, Orest will play a primary role in providing key information and advice to property owning clients. Forming an integral part of the professional services team, he will support the department in conducting research and analysis.

The combined portfolio of properties managed by CBRE in Bahrain comprise almost 100,000m² of prime office space in commercial districts and retail malls; almost 300 residential units spread across the Kingdom in both compounds and apartment complexes, and more than 50,000m² of industrial and warehousing space. CBRE Bahrain, also, exclusively manages and leases the Enma Mall located in Riffa.

سي بي آر إي البحرين تعلن عن تعزيز فريق عملها مع اثنين من التعيينات الرئيسية
البحرين، 30 سبتمبر 2015 -أعلنت شركة الاستشارات العقارية العالمية "سي بي آر إي" اليوم عن اثنين من التعيينات الجديدة لدعم أعمالها المتنامية في مملكة البحرين.
ولدى الشركة التي افتتحت مكتبها في البحرين عام 2008 فريق عمل قوي ومتنامي يغطي كامل طيف خدماتها التي تشمل: البحوث والاستشارات، والتقييم، وخدمات الأصول، وإدارة الممتلكات، والمبيعات والوكالة. ويخدم مكتبها في البحرين سوق المملكة العربية السعودية أيضا. وتعكس التعيينات الجديد في البحوث والاستشارات الطلب المتزايد على هذا المجال مع سعي المطورين وشركات الاستثمار للحصول على المشورة والخبرات الدولية. وتتسلح الشركة بفضل فريقها المتنامي من المهنيين بأفضل الخبرات لتقديم دراسات الجدوى وتوصيات أفضل الممارسات وبحوث السوق لدعم العملاء عند اتخاذهم قرارات التنمية.
وينضم جيمس لين إلى سي بي آر إي البحرين كرئيس لقسم الأبحاث والاستشارات، وهي يأتي محملا بخبرة تناهز العشر سنوات في القطاع العقاري في جميع أنحاء المنطقة، شملت مناصب إدارية عليا في كل من كلاتونز وسافيلس، وستشمل مسؤولياته كلا من أسواق البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية. وعبر هذا المنصب، سيوظف جيمس خبراته في أسواق الشرق الأوسط، لتقديم خدمات التطوير للعملاء من القطاعين العام والخاص، تغطي قطاعا عريضا من فئات الأصول، بما في ذلك: السكنية والمكاتب والتجزئة والفنادق والصناعة.
أما أوريست لاكوويتش فينضم للشركة في منصب مدير البحوث والاستشارات. وهو يجلب معه أكثر من عشر سنوات من الخبرة في المنطقة، مع خلفية في أبحاث السوق وإدارة المشاريع. وسيلعب أوريست دورا رئيسيا في توفير المعلومات الأساسية والمشورة للعملاء لامتلاك العقارات. وسيشكل جزءا محوريا من فريق الخدمات المهنية، كما سيدعم القسم في إجراء البحوث والتحليل.
تعليقا على هذه التعيينات، قال ريتشارد بوثام، المدير العام لـ سي بي آر إي البحرين، "ستعزز هذه التعيينات الرئيسية من جهود سي بي آر إي للتوسع في المنطقة ووضع بصمة راسخة في الخدمات الاستشارية في جميع أنحاء المنطقة، وخاصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. وانضمام جيمس وأوريست إلينا مع هذا السجل الحافل من الخبرات الهامة، كل في مجاله، سيساعد في خلق نتائج ملموسة من خلال توفير أفضل الخدمات الاستشارية."
إلى جانب العقارات التي تديرها سي بي آر إي في البحرين، تدير الشركة حوالي 100,000 متر مربع من مساحات المكاتب الرئيسية في المناطق التجارية ومراكز التسوق، وما يقرب من 300 وحدة سكنية تنتشر في جميع أنحاء المملكة في كل من مجمعات الفلل والبنايات السكنية، وأكثر من 50,000 متر مربع من المساحات الصناعية والتخزينية. كما تقوم الشركة حصريا بإدارة وتأجير مجمع إنماء، الواقع في موقع بارز في الرفاع الشرقي.
