القاهرة- 25 أغسطس 2015 - في إطار جهودها المتواصلة لتقديم أسرع و أفضل مستويات الخدمة لعملائها ، أطلقت شنايدر اليكتريك تطبيقها الجديد (e-Cat)، وهو عبارة عن كتالوج إلكتروني يضم كافة التفاصيل الفنية الخاصة بكل منتجات شنايدر إلكتريك. يهدف التطبيق الجديد لمساعدة العملاء على المفاضلة بين المنتجات المتنوعة واختيار أنسبها لاحتياجاته بضغطة زر واحدة. يمكن لجميع عملاء شنايدر اليكتريك تحميل التطبيق مجاناً من خلال متجر التطبيقات App Store.
كيف يدعم التطبيق الجديد عملائنا؟
يتيح e-Cat للعملاء سهولة الحصول على أحدث المعلومات والتفاصيل الخاصة بمنتجات شنايدر إلكتريك في أي وقت، كما يمكن التواصل من خلاله مع ممثلي ومندوبي شنايدر إلكتريك، للاستفسار أو الحصول على معلومات إضافية عن الكتالوجات المتاحة على التطبيق بشكل أسهل من أي وقت مضى. تم تصميم التطبيق لتلبية احتياجات العملاء، بحيث يتمكن العملاء من الحصول على المعلومات المطلوبة بكل سهولة وبشكل مفصل.
