Leading UAE Corporation joins forces with Spanish food group
Dubai, July 07, 2015: The Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group, a leading Dubai based diversified commercial entity, has announced its entry into the food & beverage sector with the signing of a partnership agreement with Spanish-borne family business, Asador de Aranda Group.
The agreement, in line with the Group’s partnership strategy of matching local expertise with international brands, enables the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group to open Asador de Aranda’s first international restaurant outlet, with plans to open 12 more across the Middle East over the next 10 years. Due to open in Q1 2016, Asador de Aranda will offer diners a unique Spanish experience, with traditional Castilian cuisine, characterized by the use of an oak-wood adobe clay oven. This method of cooking mirrors that of a Muslim influence and culture that occupied Spain in the past, giving dishes such as the restaurant specialty, slow-cooked churro lamb, a distinct texture and undeniable depth of flavor.

As part of its growth and expansion into the food and beverage sector, the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group will also be bringing 28 original food and beverage offerings to IMG Worlds of Adventure, the world’s largest temperature controlled indoor theme park which is set to include a broad range of dining options for park guests, including American, Middle Eastern, Pan-Asian, Mexican, European, Indian, and South African.

دبي، الإمارات 07 يوليو 2015 أعلنت مجموعة إلياس ومصطفى كلداري، إحدى شركات التجارة المتنوعة ومقرها دبي، عن دخولها إلى قطاع المأكولات والمشروبات بتوقيعها لاتفاقية شراكة مع مجموعة أسادور دي أراندا الإسبانية.
وتأتي هذه الإتفاقية تماشياً مع استراتيجية الشراكة للمجموعة في مطابقة الخبرات المحلية مع العلامات التجارية العالمية، والتي بدورها ستمكن مجموعة إلياس ومصطفى كلداري من افتتاح أول مطعم أسادور دي اراندا عالمي، مع وجود خطط لافتتاح 12 مطعم في جميع أنحاء الشرق الأوسط خلال العشر سنوات المقبلة. وسيقدم مطعم أسادور دي أراندا والمقرر افتتاحه في الربع الأول من العام 2016، للزوار تجربة اسبانية فريدة من نوعها من خلال المأكولات القشتالية التقليدية، والتي تتميز باستخدام الفرن الصلصالي المبني من خشب البلوط. وتعكس طريقة الطبخ هذه التأثير والثقافة الإسلامية التي احتلت إسبانيا في الماضي، والتي تضفي نكهة غنية على أطباق المطعم المميزة مثل لحم ضأن كورو المطهو ببطئ.
وفي هذا الصدد قال نافيد دولتشاهي، نائب الرئيس في قسم المأكولات والمشروبات، مجموعة إلياس ومصطفى كلداري: "من المقرر أن يزيد الطلب على المأكولات والمشروبات عالية الجودة باقترابنا من موعد اكسبو 2020، لا سيما بالنظر إلى النمو الحالي في قطاع السياحة في دولة الإمارات. ونحن ملتزمون بالشراكة مع العلامات التجارية الكبيرة والتي نعتقد أنها تناسب سوق الشرق الأوسط، مثل مطعم أسادور دي اراندا ذو التراث الغني، ونتطلع قدماً إلى العمل مع الفريق لبناء مفهوم حول هذا السوق."
وأضاف: "تأتي هذه الاتفاقية إلى جانب تطوير مجموعة واسعة من المشاريع في "آي إم جي عالم من المغامرات" والتي رسخت مكانتنا في السوق، بالإضافة إلى زيادة عمق عروضنا وتعزيز تواجدنا في سلسة المأكولات والمشروبات."
