24 May 2015, Dubai: In recognition of its continuing success VFS Global, a trusted partner and leader in the industry of visa processing, was awarded top honours in International Business Excellence Awards 2015 (IBX Awards) held in Dubai on 20 and 21 May. Competing against the region’s most prominent companies from diverse industries, VFS Global won an award in the Towards 2020 category.
Mr Lauri Aaltonen, Director General – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, who partnered VFS Global on this innovation said, “LIDPro was a pioneer project which interlinks state-of-the-art electronic document management and our national visa system which serves the Schengen Visa Information System into a functional new system providing Remote Visa Processing capability within our mission network. Towards 2020, a category that measures innovation, entrepreneurship and opportunism, VFS Global won the Opportunity Award for its innovative solution LIDPro* (Location Independent Document Processing) that was developed in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Finland. This innovative solution enables remote visa processing that efficiently manages volumes, reduces costs and increases productivity. This solution also incorporates workflow management at the remote processing centres and allows different stakeholders to work on a standardised set of documents enabling faster and more accurate decision making.

دبي في 24 مايو 2015: اعترافا بنجاحها المستمر، تم منح "في أف أس جلوبال" الشريك الموثوق به وأحد قادة صناعة معالجة تأشيرات الدخول، واحدة من كبرى الجوائز الدولية للإمتياز في الأعمال لعام 2015 (آي بي اكس أووردز) التي أقيمت في دبي يومي 20 و21 مايو. وفي منافسة مع أشهر وأبرز الشركات في المنطقة من مختلف الصناعات، فازت "في أف أس جلوبال" بجائزة في فئة "نحو 2020".
يقول لوري آلتونين، مدير عام، وزارة الخارجية بفنلندا، التي شاركت "في أف أس جلوبال" في هذا الابتكار، إن: "أل آي دي برو" مشروع رائد يربط أحدث طرق إدارة الوثائق إليكترونيا مع نظامنا الوطني لتأشيرات الدخول الذي يخدم نظام معلومات تأشيرة الشنجن ليتحول إلى نظام وظيفي جديد قادر على معالجة تأشيرة الدخول عن بعد في إطار شبكة البعثات الدبلوماسية الخاصة بدولتنا. لقد شاطرتنا "في أف أس جلوبال" رؤيتنا وشغفنا في هذا المشروع الرائد وقدمت لنا، بالإضافة إلى حلفائهم الأقوياء، شبكة عالمية ممتدة من التفوق التكنولوجي".

تقيس فئة "نحو 2020" الإبتكار، روح المبادرة والقدرة على الاستفادة من الفرص المتاحة، وقد فازت "في أف أس جلوبال" بجائزة "الفرصة" عن حلها المبتكر "ال آي دي برو"* (معالجة وثيقة الموقع المستقلة) الذي تم تطويره بالشراكة مع وزارة خارجية، فنلندا. هذا الحل المبتكر يتيح الفرصة لمعالجة التأشيرة عن بعد وإدارة الأعداد الكبيرة بفاعلية، خفض التكاليف وزيادة الإنتاجية. كما يضمن هذا الحل انتظام إدارة مراكز المعالجة البعيدة، ويسمح لمختلف الشركاء بالعمل على أساس مجموعة قياسية من الوثائق بما يتيح اتخاذ القرار بشكل أسرع وأكثر دقة.
