New app offers improved speed and performance for easier house-hunting on the go
MAY 11, 2015: Online real estate marketplace Lamudi
has today released an updated version of its popular Android app to
make it easier for house-hunters in emerging markets to buy or rent
property on the go.
Version 2.0 of the app, Lamudi: Property for Sale & Rent,
offers overall better speed and performance, making it easier to browse
through Lamudi’s global catalogue of more than 900,000 property
listings using an Android device.
The app has been
optimized for devices with lower storage space and the overall
application size has been reduced, ensuring downloading the app is also
much faster. Push notifications that lead users directly to newly
published listings have also been introduced.
Contacting
agents via email has been simplified, with users’ existing contact
details saved for future use. The app has a new product detail page and a
fresh design for saved searches. It also now supports the Android
Lollipop operating system. The app is also available on iOS.
Lamudi, the
leading property portal for the emerging markets, launched its Android
app in June last year. The app is available in more than 30 countries in
Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.

The app has
customised search functions, allowing users to easily filter results by
country. A key feature is the match alerts, which notify users as soon
as a property that suits their needs hits the market. Users can also
create a list of favourite properties, which can be accessed at any time
and on any device.
All listings
feature high-quality photo galleries, detailed property information,
maps, and multiple contact details for property owners or agents.
House-hunters can also share their favorite properties with family and
friends via Facebook, Twitter or email.

اليوم نسخة محدّثة لتطبيق الأندرويد الخاص بها تعمل على تسهيل تجربة البحث
عن بيت للشراء أو الإستئجار في الأسواق الناشئة أينما تواجد الباحث.
تتميز نسخة 2.0 من تطبيق لامودي: عقارات للبيع والشراء(Lamudi: Property for Sale & Rent)، بسرعة أكبر وأداء أفضل، مما يسهّل تجربة البحث باستخدام أجهزة الأندرويد في كاتالوج لامودي العالمي الذي يحتوي أكثر من 900,000 عقار.
طُوّر التطبيق
ليتماشى مع الأجهزة التي تحتوي على مساحة تخزين منخفضة، إذ تم تقليص حجم
التطبيق، مما يضمن أن تكون عملية تحميله أسهل بكثير. كما أنه تم إضافة ميزة
التنبيهات لتوجيه المستخدمين مباشرة للوائح التي أدرجت حديثا.
وكذلك ينجح
التطبيق في تسهيل عملية التواصل مع وكلاء العقارات عبر البريد الإلكتروني،
وذلك بتخزين عنوان البريد الحالي للمستخدم لاسترجاعه في المستقبل. ويشمل
التطبيق إضافة جديدة توضح مواصفات المنتج وتصميما جديدا للبحوث التي تم
تخزينها. وليس هذا فحسب، إذ يدعم التطبيق الآن نظام تشغيل أندرويد لولي
بوب، وهو متاح أيضا على iOS.
أطلقت لامودي،
بوابة العقارات الإلكترونية الرائدة في الأسواق الناشئة، تطبيقها في شهر
يونيو من العام الماضي، وهو متاح في أكثر من 30 دولة في آسيا، أفريقيا،
الشرق الأوسط وأمريكا اللاتينية.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرّح السيد كيان مويني، الشريك المؤسس والمدير العام لشركة لامودي،

يتميز التطبيق
بوظائف بحث متطورة ومتخصصة تسمح للمستخدمين بترشيح النتائج بسهولة حسب
البلد. كما أن الميزة الرئيسية هي تنبيه المستخدم عند إدراج عقار يوافق
المواصفات التي يبحث عنها. ويستطيع المستخدمون إنشاء قائمة بعقاراتهم
المفضلة للإطلاع عليها في أي وقت وباستخدام أي جهاز.
كما تشمل جميع
العقارات المدرجة على مجموعة من الصور عالية الجودة، معلومات مفصّلة عن
العقار، خرائط، وأكثر من رقم للإتصال بالملّاك ووكلاء العقار. وأخيرا وليس
آخراً، يستطيع الباحثون عن البيوت إشراك عائلاتهم وأصدقائهم بالإطلاع على
عقاراتهم المفضلة عبر فيسبوك، تويتر، أو عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني.
