600 square meter facility to produce more than 2,000 meal packages on a daily basis

Emirates Catering Services, one of the UAE's leading and premiere catering providers and a member of the Union Holding, one of Ras Al Khaimah's largest holding companies, has announced its plans to invest more than AED 1 million for the construction and set-up of its new central kitchen facilities to help address the increased demand for its services from the Northern Emirates. The company, which is currently embarking on a massive expansion initiative, has shared that the new central kitchen will measure 600 square meters and will be strategically located in the heart of Fujairah. Once completed, the new facility is expected to dish out more than 2,000 packaged meals, particularly targeting customers coming from Fujairah and Dibba.
To date, the company already caters to more than 3,000 prepared meals per day, which also includes catering services provided for various events and functions. The company is staffed with world-class highly trained personnel composed of expert cooks and chefs that lead in the creation of sumptuous and delicious Continental, Oriental and Asian cuisine. In fact, Emirates Catering Services’ list of clients includes some of the UAE’s leading companies like Bredero Shaw, Eversendai Offshore, Air Liquid, RAK Ceramics, UTICO-RAK Al Hamra, Fibre Plus-Al Ghail, Future Plus-Al Ghail, Arabian International Company RAK, Zamil Steel, JBF, Emirates Transformers and Switchgears and Al Rayan Wood Works.

The set-up of this new kitchen falls in line with our efforts to expand our market presence, particularly reaching out to a wider client base that will include Fujairah, Dibba and the rest of the Northern Emirates.”
Emirates Catering Services has also shared that the new facilities will comply with set international standards and best practices in food preparation and production. The central kitchen will be staffed with skilled and talented kitchen personnel—keeping true to the company’s promise of providing services that exceed customer’s expectations at cost effective prices. Lastly, the new facility will complement the company’s 24/7 customer help desk, which was set up to help customers with their inquiries, suggestions and complaints.

أعلنت "الإمارات لخدمات التموين"، إحدى الشركات الإماراتية الرائدة في مجال توفير خدمات التموين والعضو في "الإتحاد القابضة"، وواحدة من أكبر الشركات القابضة في رأس الخيمة، عن عزمها استثمار مليون درهم لإنشاء مطبخها المركزي الجديد بهدف المساعدة على تلبية الطلب المتزايد على خدماتها من الإمارات الشمالية. وأفادت الشركة، التي تعمل حالياً على تنفيذ خطة توسّعية شاملة، أن المطبخ المركزي الجديد سيشغل مساحة تقدّر بـ 600 متر مربع وسيقام في موقع إستراتيجي في وسط الفجيرة. ومن المتوقع أن يقدّم المرفق الجديد عند إكتمال العمل فيه، أكثر من 2000 وجبة تستهدف على وجه الخصوص العملاء القادمين من الفجيرة ودبا.
وتقوم الشركة بتوفير ما يزيد على 3000 وجبة يومياً تلبي احتياجات مختلف الفعاليات والمناسبات. وتضم كادراً وظيفياً على درجة عالية من التأهيل والتدريب يشتمل على طهاة خبراء ورؤساء طهاة يشرفون على إعداد أشهى المأكولات الشرقية والآسيوية. وتضم قائمة عملاء "الإمارات لخدمات التموين" بعض من أبرز الشركات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة مثل "بريديرو شو" و"إيفرسانديا" و"آير ليكويد" و"سيراميك رأس الخيمة" وشركة المنطقة الحرة "يوتيكو" رأس الخيمة الحمرا و"فايبر بلس الغيل" و"فيوتشر بلس الغيل" والشركة العربية الدولية في رأس الخيمة والزامل للحديد و"جيه. بي. أف" والإمارات للمحولات والمفاتيح الكهربائية والريان للأعمال الخشبية.

كما أفادت شركة "الإمارات لخدمات التموين" بأن مرفقها الجديد سوف يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية وأفضل الممارسات المتبعة في مجال تحضير وإنتاج الطعام. وسيضم المطبخ الجديد كادراً من الموظفين المهرة والموهوبين إيفاءاً بوعد الشركة في تقديم الخدمات التي تتجاوز توقعات العملاء وبتكاليف معقولة. كما سيشتمل المرفق الجديد على مكتب لخدمة العملاء يعمل على مدار الساعة وتم إنشاؤه للإجابة عن إستفسارات العملاء والإستماع لإقتراحاتهم وشكاويهم.
