Champion Cleaners, The Loft Beauty Salon, Bin Sina Pharmacy & Milestone supermarket to be among first to open shops
UAE, May 5, 2015 - Dubai Properties, a leading real estate developer, has announced the names of the retailers that will be on board the community retail and leisure facility in Mudon, a gated villa community offering a vibrant lifestyle in Dubailand. The lineup reflects the company’s commitment to providing essential and lifestyle services to its residents for an enhanced and enriching experience.
The retailers that will be among the first to open outlets in the Mudon community centre include Champion Cleaners, a premium dry clean and laundry service provider; The Loft, a leading ladies beauty salon; Bin Sina Pharmacy, a medicine, healthcare and beauty products store; and Milestone, a community supermarket. Dubai Properties remains committed to adding more leisure, entertainment and F&B outlets in the community shopping centre.
Last year, Dubai Properties had awarded the contract to build the 20,000 sqm community centre to Condor Building Contracting LLC, a leading Dubai-based contracting firm. The community centre at Mudon will consist of a grocery, a nursery, 14 leasable retail units, including a café and family restaurant with outdoor seating, a medical clinic, a pharmacy, and a salon along with several kiosks to cater to the daily requirements of the residents.
Abdulla Abushabieb, Executive Director for Sales and Customer Service, Dubai Properties, said: “The work on the Mudon community retail and leisure centre is progressing as scheduled. In line with our commitment to provide comprehensive services and amenities to community residents, we have roped in some of the leading retailer brands to offer essential services. The retail outlets are expected to start operations by the end of the year as we continue to sign deals with more brands and retailers to open their store in the community centre. We are confident that the opening of shops will offer a dedicated place for residents to purchase conveniences and groceries close to their home.”
Mudon is a highly preferred investment choice, and the completion of the development’s community centre will further enhance the residents’ living experience.

الإمارات، 5 مايو 2015 - كشفت "دبي للعقارات"، إحدى شركات الرائدة في التطوير العقاري، عن أسماء المرافق والعلامات التجارية المقرّر إفتتاح فروع لها في مركز التسوّق والترفيه ضمن مجمّع الفلل السكني "مدن" في منطقة "دبي لاند". ويأتي إنشاء هذا المركز متعدّد الإستخدامات في سياق إلتزام "دبي للعقارات" بتزويد المقيمين بمحفظةٍ شاملةٍ من الخدمات والتسهيلات لضمان حصولهم على تجربة عيش غنية ومتكاملة.
وستتضمّن المجموعة الأولى من المرافق المزمع إفتتاحها في المركز كل من مصبغة "شامبيون كلينرز" (Champion Cleaners) الرائدة في توفير خدمات غسيل الملابس والتنظيف الجاف، وصالون التجميل "ذا لوفت" (The Loft) للسيدات، و"صيدلية ابن سينا" المتخصّصة في توفير الأدوية ومنتجات الرعاية الصحية والتجميل، و"سوبرماركت مايلستون" (Milestone). وتتطلّع "دبي للعقارات" إلى إضافة المزيد من المنشآت الترفيهية والمطاعم والمقاهي الأخرى إلى المركز.
وكانت "دبي للعقارات" في العام الماضي قد عيّنت شركة "كوندور لمقاولات البناء" (Condor Building Contracting LLC) القائمة في دبي لتنفيذ مشروع مركز التسوّق والترفيه الذي يمتد على مساحة 20,000 مترٍ مربّعٍ في المجمّع السكني "مدن". وسيضم المركز متجر بقالة وحضانة أطفال و14 مرفق تجزئة مخصّصاً للتأجير، بما فيها مقهى ومطعم عائلي مع أماكن جلوس خارجية وعيادة طبية وصيدلية وصالون تجميل وعدد من الأكشاك المخصّصة لتلبية الإحتياجات اليومية للمقيمين.
وأكّد عبدالله أبو شبيب، الرئيس التنفيذي للمبيعات وخدمة العملاء في "دبي للعقارات"، أن مشروع إنشاء مركز التسوّق والترفيه يسير وفق الجدول المحدّد، مضيفاً: "تولي "دبي للعقارات" أهميةً كبيرةً لتوفير الخدمات والمرافق المتكاملة للمقيمين في مجمّعاتها السكنية، ولهذا حرصنا على التعاون مع بعض أبرز العلامات التجارية الرائدة في مجال التجزئة لضمان تقديم جميع الخدمات الأساسية للعملاء. ومن المتوقّع أن تبدأ المرافق عملياتها التشغيلية في المركز بحلول نهاية العام الجاري، ونحن نتطلّع لتوقيع شراكات جديدة مع المزيد من العلامات التجارية ومزوّدي الخدمات لإفتتاح فروع لهم في المركز، وذلك حرصاً منا على توفير وجهة متكاملة وقريبة للمقيمين لشراء كافة احتياجاتهم المنزلية".
ويعد المجمّع السكني "مدن" الخيار الأفضل للإستثمار في دبي، وسوف يشكّل إستكمال تنفيذ مركز التسوّق والترفيه فيه خطوةً نوعيةً للإرتقاء بمستوى المعيشة ضمن المجمّع.
وقال أحد المستثمرين في "مدن": "إخترت الإقامة والسكن في مجمّع "مدن" لما يتمتّع به من بيئة هادئة ومواتية للعائلات". وبدوره، أشاد مستثمرٌ آخر بالمخطّطات والتصاميم الفاخرة لمنازل التاون هاوس في المجمّع، ومشيراً إلى تكلفتها المعقولة بالمقارنة مع سائر المشاريع السكنية في المنطقة".
