Australian real estate agency chosen to list Anantara-branded luxury apartments on behalf of renowned hospitality developer Seven Tides – up to 13% guaranteed ROI for five years
Raine & Horne Dubai has signed an exclusive contract with Dubai-based luxury hospitality developer Seven Tides, to market the freehold luxury five-star Anantara Residences on the Palm Jumeirah, worth AED 1.4 billion
The signing ceremony which took place in Dubai was attended by Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides and Angus Raine, Executive Chairman and CEO of Raine and Horne.
“This is a major coup for Raine & Horne Dubai, which already employs 25 real estate professionals, and this listing demonstrates that the team led by experienced property specialists Sanjay Chimnani and Surender Bhojwani will make a major mark on the emirate’s real estate market,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman and CEO of Sydney-based Raine & Horne.
Also present at the signing, highlighting the significance of the contract win were, Australian Federal Trade Minister Andrew Robb, Australian Ambassador to the UAE Pablo Kang, and Australian Consul General to Dubai, Gerard Seeber, who were leading a trade delegation which visited key markets in the Middle East.
“We decided to appoint Raine & Horne because of their vast experience of marketing luxury properties and their extended international network, stretching from Australia, to Japan, India and Western Europe. These offices will provide us with a platform to market the Anantara Residences internationally in a cost effective and direct way,” commented Abdulla Bin Suleyam, CEO of Seven Tides.

وقعت راين و هورن، وكالة العقارات العالمية، و شركة سفن تايدز التي تتخذ من دبي مقراَ لها، اتفاقية لتكون الأولى الوكيل الحصري لتسويق و مبيعات مشروع أنانتارا ريزيدنسز و البالغ قيمته 1.4 مليار درهم في نخلة جميرا، بحضور كلاَ من عبدلله بن سليم، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سفن تايدز، و أنجوس راين، رئيس مجلس الادارة و الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة راين و هورن.
و حضر توقيع الاتفاقية كلاَ من سعادة أندرو روب، وزير التجارة الاسترالي، و سعادة بابلو كانغ، السفير الاسترالي لدى دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة، و السيد جيرارد سيبير، القنصل العام الاسترالي في دبي.
و قال أنجوس راين، رئيس مجلس الادارة و الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة راين و هورن في سيدني:" تمثل هذه الاتفاقية بداية أساسية لأعمال مكتب راين و هورن في دبي، و الذي يوظف حالياَ 25 مختصاَ في القطاع العقاري، بقيادة كلاَ من سانجاي شيمناني و سوريندر بهوجواني، و اللذان يتمتعان بخبرة عريقة في مجال القطاع العقاري في دبي".

يشار الى أن مشروع أنانتارا ريزيدنسز تم بناؤه في جزيرة نخلة جميرا على النمط الآسيوي، و يضم 442 شقة فاخرة و 14 بنتهاوس، و جميع وحدات المشروع تتميز باطلالتها البانورامية على المعالم الأساسية في دبي مثل فندق أتلانتس و برج العرب و أبراج دبي مارينا.
و قال سانجاي شيمناني، العضو المنتدب لراين و هورن دبي:" أنني واثق كل الثقة من نجاح الحملة التسويقية للمشروع، خصوصاَ مع ضماننا عائد سنوي للمستثمرين يصل الى 13 في المائة، و تبدأ أسعار البيع ب2.5 مليون درهم، و تتراوح مساحات الوحدات بين 1158 قدم مربع لتصل الى 9500 قدم مربع".
