During the 3rd Misr HRians Conference which includes the HR directors, managers, and consultants of the leading national and international organizations in Egypt, Jobzella has been awarded the Best Online Recruitment Award for 2015. During the event, Nader El-Batrawi, founder and CEO of Jobzella,
presented the current status of recruitment in Egypt, and how the
future needs a new recruitment strategy. The presentation showed how
companies, instead of using the traditional methods of recruitment (e.g. job sites), can benefit from Jobzella
to promote their career opportunities by engaging with professionals
and job-seekers, building trust, and branding themselves as “employer of
choice”.
