ALLAINE WILL EXHIBIT ITS ADJUSTABLE PEDESTALS FOR TERRACES

AT PROJECT QATAR 2015-  Doha; April 2015 - At the next Project Qatar show, 4 – 7 May 2015 at Doha, ALLAINE will exhibit its range of adjustable pedestals made in France. ALLAINE screwjack pedestals can be adjustables or fixed, they are used for slab and timber terraces. They are adjustable in the height from 25mm to 700mm and allow slabs to be adjusted and levelled continuously, effortlessly, quickly and at lower cost, in particular in pedestrian walkway areas. Efficient, resistant, simple and long-lasting, the adjustable pedestal can be used on a double- or single-layer concrete seal, asphalt or any other suitable base. The range – from 25 to 700 mm – provides an easy access to the pipes for their maintenance by passing under the slabs or the floorboards. This can be performed without affecting the slab on either the base or the head of the pedestal through an adjustment screw which can be operated by hand or using a special key supplied in each carton. The average requirement is 7 pedestals/m² where 40/40 cm slabs are used, and 5 pedestals/m² for 50/50 cm slabs. Thanks to the special key an easy adjustment of the nut of the pedestal by up to 50 cm is possible. In case of borders or corners of roofs, any spacers that cause a problem need to be planed down with a cutter, a wire cutter or a hacksaw. ALLAINE can meet all the needs of a construction site thanks to its ability to mass-produce custom-made parts in very short lead-times. Through its international development strategy, it has established and developed partnerships with local contractors in Northern Europe, Spain, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. ALLAINE will be exhibiting in Hall 4 – booth A69 at the French Pavilion, from 4 to 7 may 2015. - شركة "ألين" تعرض دُعامات الشرفات القابلة للتعديل الدوحة- أبريل ٢٠١٥ – تعرض شركة "ألين" ALLAINE في معرض "بروجكت قطر" القادم المقام في الدوحة من ٤ إلى ٧ مايو ٢٠١٥   مجموعتها من الدُعامات قابلة التعديل المصنوعة في فرنسا. و دُْعامات "ألين" ثابتة أو قابلة للتعديل لها مرفاع لولبي  وتستخدم في الشرفات المصنوعة من البلاط أومن الخشب ، يمكن تعديل إرتفاعها  بين ٢٥  و٧٠٠ مم وتسمح بتعديل الألواح وتسويتها بإستمرار بسرعة ودون عناء وبتكلفة أقل خاصة في المناطق الخاصة بممرات المشاة.   والدُعامات قابلة التعديل بسيطة ومتينة وذات كفاءة ومقاومة عالية، يمكن إستخدامها في طبقة واحدة أوطبقة مزدوجة من الخرسانة أو من الأسفلت أو أي قاعدة أخرى مناسبة.  يوفر مجال التعديل - بين ٢٥ و٧٠٠ مم -  سهولة الوصول إلي الإنابيب لصيانتها مرورا أسفل البلاط أو الألواح الخشبية. ويمكن القيام بهذه العملية دون التأثير على الألواح أو على القاعدة عن طريق ضبط مسمار قلاووظ يدويا أو بإستخدام مفتاح خاص يتم توريده في كل كرتونة.   عند إستخدام ألواح مقاس ٤٠/٤٠ سم يتم تركيب  ٧ دُعامات في المتر المُربع  في المتوسط  تنخفض إلى ٥ دُعامات في المتر المُربع مع إستخدام ألواح مقاس ٥٠/٥٠ سم .  يمكن تعديل صمولة الدُعامة بسهولة حتى تصل إلى٥٠ سم  بإستخدام المفتاح الخاص. يتم تسوية جميع الفواصل التي تسبب مُشكلة في حدود أو في زوايا الأسطح  بإستخدام آلة قطع ، مقص أسلاك أو منشارمعادن. يمكن لشركة "ألين" أن تُلبي جميع إحتياجات موقع بناء بفضل قدرتها على الإنتاج الضخم في وقت قصير جدا. وقد إستطاعت الشركة إقامة شراكات مع رجال أعمال محليين في شمال أوروبا ، وأسبانيا ، وكندا والإمارات العربية المُتحدة من خلال إستراتيجيتها للتوسع الدولي ، وسجلت مبيعات التصدير بالشركة إرتفاعا يصل إلى ٢٠٪ خلال ثلاث سنوات.
