• Al Hamra Real Estate Development showcases luxury properties in London
• Stand visited by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum
• Falcon Island among projects shown off to UK-based property investors
Al
Hamra Real Estate Development has taken another step towards its
objective of attracting investment in the expanding property sector in
the northern emirate, with a spectacular showcase of its luxury
properties at the Dubai Property Show in London.
“Our
aim in participating in the Dubai Property Show in London is to draw
attention to the unique lifestyle that is on offer in the northern
emirates, and particularly Al Hamra Village. Once again, we’ve been
overwhelmed by the response we have received in London,” said Barry
Ebrahimy, Head of the Commercial at Al Hamra Real Estate Development.
Home
to some of the most sought after homes in the GCC, including 150 luxury
villas and mansions being built as part of the AED1 billion ‘Falcon
Island’ project, the Al Hamra Real Estate Development stand was visited
by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, First Secretary at the UAE
Embassy in the United Kingdom.
A
phenomenal response at the Dubai Property Show in London was also
reflective of growing public interest in Al Hamra Real Estate
Development projects, which include flagship residential developments,
Al Hamra Village; Bayti, and Falcon Island. Falcon Island has been
designed with the aim of becoming the first LEED Platinum certified real
estate of its kind, and will boast unrivalled smart city and
sustainability features.
“Sustainability
is reflected throughout Al Hamra Village, and Falcon Island represents
the pinnacle of our efforts to create a safer, healthier place to live.
Homes will draw on an innovative hybrid cooling system that uses solar
and conventional energy to cool properties from a district cooling
facility – a first for the GCC and a feature that will enable residents
to take control of their energy consumption,” said Benoy Kurien, General
Manager at Al Hamra Real Estate Development.
Nestled
on a natural island at the heart of the lagoon at Al Hamra Village in
Ras Al Khaimah, properties on Falcon Island will be located just a short
40-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and are fully
customisable using a homebuilder app where buyers are already designing
their dream home. A select number of properties will be fully interior
designed by globally-acclaimed Italian designer, Paolo Colombo.
Beyond
the environmental and lifestyle benefits on offer through projects like
Falcon Island, and the 118 townhomes that comprise the Bayti
development, Mr Kurien said increasing property values and competitive
rents offer an ideal scenario for investors.
