First Saudi real estate developer named Guinness World Records’
January 12, 2015 - Cayan Group, one of the Middle East’s leading real estate developers, has announced that it is developing AED 1.2-billion mega property projects in Dubai, UAE and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this 2015. The award-winning company with a rich portfolio of premium developments across New Dubai’s skyline recently purchased strategically located prime lands in the two cities for the premier ventures.
In Riyadh, Cayan Group acquired a prime commercial plot along King Fahed Road in Riyadh where a state-of-the-art office building will soon rise. The company also acquired two lands on Umm Suqeim road for the location of its planned upscale residential and hotel apartment towers. The project will cater to the increasing demand for residential properties in the area.

"مجموعة كيان" تكشف عن خططها لتطوير مشاريع عقارية بقيمة 1.2 مليار درهم في دبي والرياض
12 يناير، 2015 - أعلنت "مجموعة كيان"، إحدى أبرز شركات التطوير العقاري في الشرق الأوسط، عن عزمها الاعلان عن تطوير مشروعين عقاريين بقيمة 1.2 مليار درهم في كل من مدينة دبي والعاصمة السعودية الرياض خلال الربع الاول من العام الجاري. وقامت الشركة الحائزة على عدة جوائز والتي تمتلك محفظة واسعة من مشاريع التطوير العمراني في مختلف أنحاء "نيو دبي"، مؤخراً بشراء أراض في مواقع إستراتيجية في كلا المدينتين من أجل تنفيذ مشاريعها.
ففي مدينة الرياض قامت الشركة بشراء قطعة أرض تجارية ضمن موقع إستراتيجي على طريق الملك فهد، حيث ستقوم بإنشاء مبنى حديث للمكاتب قريباً. كما قامت الشركة بشراء قطعتي أرض على شارع أم سقيم من أجل بناء برج سكني وآخر للشقق الفندقية وذلك تلبية للطلب المتنامي على العقارات السكنية في تلك المنطقة.
