At the Harley Davidson event at the Dalma Mall in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi Police urged participants to comply with safety requirements and to drive safely for the sake of their own safety and for the safety of others.
The Community Police took part in the initiative which aims to enhance community outreach and increase awareness regarding driving motorcycles properly and safely in order to avoid risking any harm to individuals. The participation and community outreach by the Community Police embodies the strategy of the Abu Dhabi Police in the field of traffic safety.
A total of 25 motorbikes were included in the parade that took place at Dalma Mall amongst the amazement of the public. The event also featured entertainment and art shows presented by the participating teams.
Mohammed Al Mazroui, Member and Board of Directors at Dalma Mall, praised the efforts of the Abu Dhabi Police in securing the event, and for their participation and interaction with the public. He also hailed the initiative of the police to launch various outreach campaigns and events in commercial centers.
For her part, Abir Adel, Head of Operations, Procurement, and Project Director at Dalma Mall, highlighted that the event attracted thousands of visitors, of whom were mainly families. “They enjoyed watching the attractive motorcycle parade that safely roamed the mall and respected the safety procedures designated by the Abu Dhabi Police,” she said.
شرطة أبوظبي تثقف الجمهور بالقيادة الآمنة في "دلما مول"
حثت شرطة أبوظبي، المشاركين في فعالية دراجات هارلي ديفينسون على الالتزام باشتراطات السلامة والقيادة الآمنة؛ حفاظاً على سلامتهم وسلامة الآخرين.
وكانت الشرطة المجتمعية شاركت في الفعالية التي أقيمت مؤخراً في مركز دلما للتسوق "دلما مول" في منطقة مصفح، لتعزيز التواصل مع المجتمع والتوعية بالطرق السليمة للقيادة الآمنة للدراجة، لتجنب وقوع الحوادث وما ينجم عنها من مخاطر تلحق الضرر بالأفراد، تجسيداً لاستراتيجية شرطة أبوظبي في مجال السلامة المرورية.
وطافت 25 دراجة في مسيرة خلال الاحتفالية مركز "دلما مول" وسط تفاعل الجمهور، في ما تضمنت الفعالية عروضاً ترفيهية وفنية للفرق المشاركة.
وثمّن محمد المزروعي، عضو مجلس إدارة مركز دلما للتسوق، جهود شرطة أبوظبي لتأمين الفعالية ومشاركتها وتواصلها مع الجمهور، مشيداً بانتقاء المراكز التجارية والفعاليات المختلفة لأغراض التوعية.
وبدورها، أوضحت عبير عادل، رئيس العمليات والمشتريات مديرة المشاريع في المركز، أن الفعالية نجحت في استقطاب الآلاف من الزوّار، وفي مقدمتهم العائلات، حيث استمتعوا بمشاهدة المسيرة الجاذبة للدراجات النارية التي جالت في مسار آمن، ضمن إجراءات السلامة التي أمّـنتها شرطة أبوظبي.
