building materials producer releases ‘XPE-GOF XPE Insulation’ and ‘Gulf.O.Glue’

World Industries LLC (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber
insulation 'Gulf-O-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and part of the
international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, as a
part of its continuing move to reinforce its leading market position across the
Middle East region, has announced the launch of
two of its latest products during its participation at this year’s edition of
‘The Big 5 International Building & Construction Show,’ the largest gathering
of the construction industry in the Middle East, which is being held from
November 17 to November 20, 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The
company will be releasing ‘XPE-GOF XPE Insulation,’ a green eco-friendly
insulation product and 'Gulf.O.Glue, an adhesive glue with lower Volatile
Organic Content (VOC).
According
to the company’s senior executives, the release of the two new products proves
to be both timely and strategic as the region’s construction industry is
currently demonstrating huge construction activity, which in turn has also
created a key demand for world class building materials, particularly
insulation and rubber-based building products.
‘XPE-GOF
XPE Insulation’ has been classified as CFC and HCFC free and has also been identified
as a recyclable material. The product’s composite aluminum polyolefin sheet and
tubes have been designed using the latest plastic modified technology. The main
raw material used is polyolefin, which has no PVC and gives out low smoke and
non-toxic matter. ‘XPE-GOF XPE Insulation’ is usually laminated with aluminum
foil and self-adhesive, which is more popular in duct insulation application.
GOF XPE is suitable for thermal insulation, condensation control and sound
absorption. The foam has soft smooth texture, closed cell polyolefin structure,
eco friendly and energy saving characteristics. The product also has the lowest
heat conduction (0.032-0.038W/m-K), which reduces the loss of calorific
capacity. Long time usage can lower energy expenditures and the cost, making it
suitable for making heat preservation pipes and boards. It also has other key
features like mildew growth resistance and anti-fungus capability, suitable for
humid environments in all kinds of HVAC & R applications.

Meanwhile,
‘Gulf.O.Glue,’ which is low on VOC, has been specially formulated to provide
excellent exterior and interior adhesion. The foam board adhesive is a premium
grade formulation for bonding foam board insulation to a variety of surfaces. ‘Gulf.O.Glue’
is a latex-based adhesive specifically designed for bonding polysterene foam to
itself--permanently joining foam boards to the substrate without compromising
the insulation value of foam.
RWI’s
participation at The Big 5 Show 2014 follows after the company’s successful
presence at some of the world’s leading conferences and exhibitions on building
materials like the AHR Expo Mexico 2014, the Iran HVAC & R Show 2014 and
Baku Build 2014.

كشفت "رابر وورلد
للصناعة"، الشركة المتخصصة في مجال تصنيع منتجات المطاط العازل
بتقنية الخلايا المغلقة "جلف- أو- فليكس" (Gulf-O-Flex) في
منطقة الخليج وجنوب شرق آسيا والتابعة للإئتلاف التجاري الدولي "مجموعة شركات
شيخاني"، وفي إطار سعيها المستمر لتعزيز مكانتها في أسواق الشرق الأوسط، عزمها
على إطلاق اثنين من أحدث منتجاتها وذلك خلال مشاركتها في دورة هذا العام من معرض
"الخمسة الكبار الدولي للبناء والتشييد" (The Big 5
International Building & Construction Show). ويعد هذا المعرض، الذي سيقام خلال الفترة من 17 ولغاية
20 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني الجاري في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي، أكبر تجمع للمعنيين
بقطاع التشييد والبناء في الشرق الأوسط. وستقوم الشركة خلال هذا المعرض بإطلاق
مادة العزل الخضراء الآمنة بيئياً "جي. أو. أف- إكس. بي. أي. إنسوليشن"
(GOF XPE Insulation) ومادة "غلف. أو.
غلو لو في. أو. سي" (Gulf.O.Glue Low VOC)، وهي مادة لاصقة ذات محتوى عضوي منخفض التطاير.
ووفقاً لكبار المسؤولين
التنفيذيين في الشركة، فإن عملية إطلاق هذين المنتجين الجديدين تأتي في وقت مناسب
واستراتيجي في ظل النشاط الكبير الذي يشهده قطاع التشييد والبناء في المنطقة،
الأمر الذي أدّى بدوره إلى ارتفاع في الطلب على مواد البناء عالية الجودة، وخاصةً
منتجات العزل والمطاط.
وتم تصنيف المنتج "أكس. بي.
أي- جي. أو. أف إكس. بي. أي. إنسوليشن" على أنه مادة خالي من مركبات
"كلوروفلوركاربون" (CFC)
و"هايدروكلورفلوركاربون" (HCFC) وبأنه منتج قابل لإعادة التدوير أيضاً. وتم تصميم أنابيب ورقاقات
مركب بولي أوليفين الألمنيوم لهذا المنتج باستخدام أحدث تقنيات تعديل البلاستيك.
أما المادة الخام الرئيسية المستخدمة في هذا المنتج فهي "بولي أوليفين"،
التي لا تحتوي على مركب "بولي فينيل كلورايد" (PVC) ولا تطلق غازات سامة. وعادةً ما يتم تغليف مادة
"جي. أو. أف إكس. بي. أي. إنسوليشن" برقاقة من الألمنيوم ولاصق ذاتي،
وهو الأمر الشائع في تطبيقات عزل الأنابيب. وتعتبر جي. أو. أف إكس. بي. أي"
مادة ملائمة للعزل الحراري وضبط التكثيف وعزل الصوت. ولهذه المادة الرغوية ملمس
ناعم وتركيبة من مادة "بولي أوليفين" مغلقة الخلايا وهي ذات خصائص آمنة
بيئياً وموفرة للطاقة. كما يتميز هذا المنتج بانخفاض معدل توصيله للحرارة
(0.032-0.038 دبليو/ام. كيه)، مما يقلل من فقدان الطاقة الحرارية. ومن شأن الإستخدام
طويل الأمد لهذا المنتج أن يخفّض من نفقات وتكاليف الطاقة، ما يجعله مثالياً
لصناعة أنابيب وألواح عزل الحرارة. كما يتميز هذا المنتج أيضاً بمزايا هامة أخرى
مثل مقاومة نمو العفن والقدرة على مقاومة الفطريات، وهو مناسب للبيئات الرطبة، حيث
يُستخدم في كافة تطبيقات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والتجميد.

"جي. أو. أف. إكس. بي. أي. إنسوليشن" و"غلف.أو.غلو. لو في. أو.
سي"، اللذان تم تصميمهما لتلبية الطلب المتنامي على أنابيب العزل رفيعة
المستوى والمواد اللاصقة عالية الكفاءة لأغراض الإستخدام في قطاع البناء. ويعكس
إطلاقنا لهذه المنتجات إلتزامنا المستمر تجاه قطاع الإنشاءات والبناء وذلك من خلال
تطوير منتجات متينة وعالية الجودة والكفاءة".
أما مادة "غلف.أو.غلو"
ذات المحتوى العضوي منخفض التطاير، فتم إنتاجها خصيصاً لتوفير قدرات إلتصاق داخلي
وخارجي ممتازة. وتعدّ مادة لصق الألواح الإسفنجية تركيبة متميزة لأغراض عزل
الألواح الإسفنجية لمجموعة متنوعة من الأسطح. و"غلف.أو.غلو" هي مادة
قائمة على اللاتكس تم تصميمها خصيصاً للصق رغوة البوليستيرين ببعضها مع توفير لصق
الدائم للألواح الإسفنجية بطبقات الأساس دون المساس بقيمة عزل الإسفنج.
وتأتي مشاركة "رابر وورلد
للصناعة" في معرض "الخمسة الكبار 2014" بعد مشاركتها الناجحة في
بعض من أهم المؤتمرات والمعارض العالمية الخاصة بمواد البناء مثل معرض "أيه.
أتش. آر. إكسبو ميكسيكو 2014" (AHR Expo Mexico
2014) ومعرض إيران للتهوية والتدفئة وتكييف الهواء والتجميد (Iran HVAC & R Show 2014) ومعرض "باكو بيلد
2014" (Baku Build 2014).
