Dubai, UAE, November 19, 2014 – Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions
in the GCC, has announced the launch of a new employee engagement program which
offers a platform for its employees to showcase their genius and creativity. ‘Imdaad
Got Talent’ is an employee motivation initiative which reaffirms the company’s
continuing thrust to build a healthy and strong relationship with their employees
across all levels of the organization.
Jamal Lootah, CEO, Imdaad, said: “Imdaad

pursued various activities under its employee engagement scheme to build a bond

work and productivity. Our latest program – Imdaad Got Talent – is one such

Imdaad Got Talent is open to employees of Imdaad and Isnaad. The
program will run under two categories: Performing Arts and Fine Arts. Performing
Arts include Acting, Playing Instruments, Dance, and Quran Recitation while
Fine Arts consist of Painting, Sculpting, Photography, Calligraphy and/or a Specialist
Act of any nature.

"إمداد"، الشركة الرائدة في مجال تزويد حلول إدارة المرافق
المتكاملة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مبادرةً جديدةً تحت إسم "برنامج
مواهب امداد" (Imdaad Got Talent) تهدف من خلاله إلى إبراز المواهب والقدرات الإبداعية لدى موظفيها.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة السبّاقة في سياق حرص "إمداد" وإلتزامها التام بتوطيد
العلاقات القوية مع العملاء من مختلف الأقسام والدوائر في الشركة.
وقال
جمال عبدالله لوتاه، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "إمداد": "ندرك في
"إمداد" أن الموظفين هم الركيزة الأساسية في نمو الشركة ولذلك نحرص على
تنظيم العديد من النشاطات الهادفة إلى تعزيز مشاركتهم وترسيخ أواصر الولاء
والعلاقات الوثيقة معهم، بما يجسّد عزمنا الدائم إلى تطوير القدرات الشخصية

وإلهام الموظفين لإبراز مواهبهم وإطلاق العنان للقدرات الإبداعية التي يتمتعون

ويُذكر
أن "برنامج مواهب إمداد" يستهدف جميع الموظفين العاملين في شركتي "إمداد"
و"إسناد". ويشمل البرنامج فئتين، الأولى هي "الفنون المسرحية"
التي تضم التمثيل والعزف على الآلات الموسيقية والرقص وتلاوة القرآن؛ والثانية هي
"الفنون الجميلة" وتضم الرسم والنحت والتصوير الفوتوغرافي وفن التخطيط
وغيرها من أنواع الفنون الأخرى.
