More car park spaces,
smoother navigation and opened up areas starting this month
Dubai, UAE, 11 November 2014 -
Starting this month, visitors to Mall of the Emirates will start to
experience a smoother car journey to and from the popular luxury
lifestyle destination as the mall’s immediate car park works slowly
reach their intended completion. From now until year’s end, Mall of
the Emirates will be opening up increasingly larger areas of its car
park on the Ground Floor and Upper Levels, meaning less diversion,
greater accessibility and more car park spaces. By mid-2015, Mall of
the Emirates’ ongoing redevelopment project will also reveal a new
car park deck on a new Level 4, unveiling 1,300 new car park spaces
for added convenience.
Mall of the Emirates’ current car
park works are in support of Dubai Municipality’s new safety
regulations requiring buildings to be more prepared during seismic
activity. Large, structural pillars have been erected to support the
mall’s multiple levels, ensuring added stability during ground
movement. With all Ground Floor works to be completed by year’s
end, customers can expect ease of navigation and easily found car
park spaces week on week in the lead-up, as the focus shifts to more
concentrated works on the mall’s upper levels.
In the interim, Mall of the Emirates
is also encouraging visitors to head directly to Level 3, under the
shade of Ski Dubai’s slope – an area that is construction free,
and the mall’s best kept secret to park.

الآن وحتى نهاية العام، سيفتتح «مول

تباعاً
مساحات أكبر من مواقف السيارات في الطابقين
الأرضي والعلوي لتقليل تحويل المسار
وتمكين المتسوقين من العثور على مواقف
لسياراتهم بسهولة أكبر.
ومع
حلول منتصف 2015
سيتم
افتتاح طابق مواقف سيارات جديد في إطار
مشروع توسعة «مول
الإمارات»
قيد
التنفيذ في الوقت الراهن، ويتسع الطابق
الرابع الجديد لنحو 1300
سيارة
لإتاحة المزيد من مواقف السيارات للأعداد
المتزايدة من المتسوقين.
وينفذ
«مول
الإمارات»
الأعمال
الحالية في مواقف السيارات تماشياً مع
تعليمات السلامة الجديدة الصادرة عن
بلدية دبي تحسباً لأي أنشطة زلزالية، لذا
شُيِّدت أعمدة هيكلية ضخمة لدعم طوابق
«مول
الإمارات»
بما
يضمن مقاومة الهزات الأرضية بشكل أفضل.
ومن
المتوقع أن يُنجز المشروع بشكل كامل مع
نهاية هذا العام، ومن الآن وحتى ذلك
الموعد، وأسبوعاً بعد آخر، سيجد زوار
«مول
الإمارات»
المزيد
من المواقف وستتدفق الحركة في مواقف
السيارات بانسيابية أفضل.
وخلال
المرحلة الانتقالية يدعو «مول
الإمارات»
مرتاديه
إلى التوجه مباشرة إلى الطابق الثالث،
تحت ظلال منحدرات «سكي
دبي»،
وهي منطقة خالية من أعمال التشييد ومن
بين أفضل طوابق مواقف السيارات المتاحة
في «مول
الإمارات».
