accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI) by
granting City Centre Clinic the Gold Seal of Approval® which
validates the quality of healthcare services it offers and confirms
its compliance with global standards of excellence in healthcare.
JCI
is a non-profit international organization that sets performance
standards for healthcare providers, which once granted are equivalent
to a gold standard in Europe and the US. Holding a JCI
accreditation acknowledges the dedication to deliver the highest
quality care & patient safety, and it reiterates Majid Al Futtaim
Healthcare’s commitment to best-in-class practices and adherence to
the highest of international standards in healthcare and the

assessment was conducted by a JCI representative, who flew in from
the US. Every aspect of the clinic was audited, including facility
management and safety, patient safety goals, infection control,
access to care, quality improvement, information management, policies
& procedures, processes, medical equipment, and many more.
