ARES ANNOUNCES THE OFFICIAL LAUNCH OF OPERATIONS IN THE UAE AND NEW EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Luxury automotive atelier ARES is delighted to confirm the official launch of ARES business operations
in the UAE which will begin with an exclusive launch event at the end of November in Dubai.

Based in Modena, Italy, ARES creates unique, handcrafted high-performance cars. ARES uses traditional Italian craftsmanship alongside German engineering expertise and advanced technology from the yacht building industry, to develop cars that are perfectly tailored to meet the specific requirements of each highly individual customer.

In addition to the launch of business operations in the UAE, ARES is also pleased to announce UAE-based entrepreneur Waleed Al Ghafari as its new Executive Chairman. Mr Waleed Al Ghafari will work closely alongside the current ARES management team to take the company forward and secure new business in the Middle East and abroad.

Mr Al Ghafari is a highly respected and successful business developer with over 30 years’ experience in diversified markets, including telecommunications, software technology, hospitality and real estate
across North America, Europe and the Middle East.

The current ARES Atelier portfolio features some of the most stunning luxury supercars and high performance SUVs on the market including a fully modified Lamborghini Huracán, an Aston Martin
Rapide S, a Bentley Continental GT, a Rolls-Royce Wraith and a Range Rover 560 Supercharged.

Founded and led by ex-Ferrari vice-president and former Lotus CEO Dany Bahar, ARES calls upon a global team of renowned designers and engineers, including Mihai Panaitescu as Head Designer to create unique pieces of automotive luxury.The addition of Mr Ghafari as Executive Chairman has led ARES to fully launch its operations in the Middle East, effective immediately.
