Government’s section spans 3,800 square meters and features 37 government
entities showcasing the latest smart solutions and app services

October 14, 2014 - Kingsmen,
a leading communication design and production group, has set a new record in
the exhibition industry history of the Middle East and GCC region for the
design and production of the largest
exhibition pavilion for Dubai Smart Government during their participation at
this year's edition of GITEX Technology Week 2014, the ICT business gateway to
the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region, which will run from
October 12 to October 16, 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC). The
pavilion, which measures 3,800 sqm, includes 37 Dubai government entities and
its latest offerings of smart solutions and app services.
According to Kingsmen senior executives,
this is one of the region’s largest exhibition pavilions that was built and
constructed by a team of 180 workers over five working days. During its off-site
construction process, the team had to conduct several lab and configuration
tests to customize a device that was designed to mirror wired smart phone connections
to LED screens. A total of 22 kilometers worth of data cables were
strategically positioned within the pavilion, ensuring wired connectivity for
all participating agencies. In addition, to reduce the Dubai Smart Government’s
carbon footprint on the environment, the Kingsmen team used recycled materials
for journey props and VOC-Free ink for all printed graphics utilized for
displays.

The design for Dubai Smart Government’s
pavilion at GITEX Technology Week 2014 reflects the journey of society engaging

the pavilion can expect a face-to-face and hands-on interactive experience that

2014] – سجّلت "كنغسمين" (Kingsmen)،
إحدى المجموعات المتخصّصة في مجال تصميم وتطوير حلول الاتصال، رقماً قياسياً
جديداً في تاريخ صناعة المعارض في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. وجاء
ذلك من خلال تصميم الشركة وإنتاجها أكبر جناح لـ "حكومة دبي الذكية"
خلال مشاركتها في دورة هذا العام من "أسبوع جيتكس للتقنية 2014" (GITEX
Technology Week 2014)، بوابة أعمال تكنولوجيا المعلومات إلى
منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا وجنوب آسيا والمقام خلال الفترة من 12 ولغاية 16
أكتوبر/تشرين الأوّل الجاري في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي. ويضم الجناح، الذي يشغل
مساحة 3.800 متر مربّع، 37 جهة حكومية تقدّم أحدث عروضها من الحلول الذكية وخدمات
التطبيقات.
ووفقاً
لكبار المسؤولين التنفيذيين في "كنغسمين"، فإن هذا الجناح يعد واحداً من
أكبر أجنحة المعارض في المنطقة وتم بناؤه وتشييده على مدى خمسة أيام عمل من قبل
فريق ضم 180 عاملاً. وخلال عملية البناء خارج الموقع، كان على الفريق القيام بعدّة
اختبارات وتجارب لتخصيص جهاز تم تصميمه ليعكس اتصالات الهواتف الذكية السلكية إلى
شاشات تعمل بتقنية "أل. إيه. دي" (LED).
كما تم نشر ما مجموعه 22 كيلومتراً من كابلات البيانات داخل الجناح، وذلك لضمان
توفير اتصال سلكي لكافة الجهات المشاركة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، ولتقليل بصمة الكربون
لـ "حكومة دبي الذكية"، قام فريق "كنغسمين" باستخدام المواد
المعاد تدويرها للدعائم في هذا الجناح وكذلك استخدام الحبر الخالي من المركّبات
العضوية المتطايرة في كافة الرسومات المطبوعة المستخدمة للعرض.
وقالت
سمية خليفة بن حماد، مدير إدارة الاتصال وتطوير الأعمال في "حكومة دبي الذكية":
"نشيد بشركة "كنغسمين الشرق الأوسط" لبنائها أكبر جناح عرض في
"أسبوع جيتكس للتقنية 2014". وكانت الجهود الكبيرة التي قام بها فريق
"كنغسمين" لضمان أن يلبّي تصميم وبناء الجناح أعلى المعايير الجديرة
بالثناء حقاً. ونحن راضون عن النتيجة، حيث سيساعدنا هذا العمل الرائع على استقطاب
مزيد من الاهتمام، الأمر الذي يمكنّنا من عرض وتسليط الضوء على خدماتنا الذكية
والإلكترونية عالية الجودة أمام عدد أكبر من الزوار. والأمر الآخر الجدير بالثناء
هو المزايا الصديقة للبيئة لهذا الجناح، الذي يستكمل المبادرات الآمنة بيئياً لتعزيز
الاستدامة البيئية في الإمارة. ونأمل تكرار هذا الإنجاز في فعاليات هامة أخرى تقام
في دبي مستقبلاً".

تصميم جناح حكومة دبي الذكية في "أسبوع جيتكس للتقنية 2014" مسيرة ترابط
المجتمع مع حكومته المضيفة. كما يوفّر الجناح تشكيلة بصرية ورقمية متنوّعة من
التقنيات المثيرة والتطوّرات الجديدة. ويحيط هذا الجناح بساحة تضم مناطق للمحادثات
غير الرسمية، حيث يمكن للزوّار التواصل مع ممثلي الحكومة لتقديم عروض شخصية وأكثر
تفصيلاً عن طريق أكشاك الهاتف العاملة باللمس (Touch Phone
Kiosks).
ويأتي هذا التصميم المبتكر للجناح بهدف توفير بيئةٍ مواتيةٍ تسلّط الضوء
على الدور المحوري الذي تضطلع به "حكومة دبي الذكية" في دعم مبادرة
تحويل الإمارة إلى المدينة الأذكى عالمياً، حيث يحظى زوّار الجناح بتجربة تفاعلية
ممتازة تمكنّهم من الحصول على رؤية شاملة عن "حكومة دبي الذكية" وإلتزامها
بتحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية في الإستخدام الفعّال
للتكنولوجيا الذكية لمواكبة الإحتياجات والمتطلّبات المعاصرة للمجتمع.
