Canon completes colour cutsheet press line-up with new production imagePRESS

Dubai, UAE, 31 August 2014 – Demonstrating its ongoing commitment to provide print service providers (PSPs) with innovative technology to address their ever evolving needs, Canon Middle East launched a new colour production cutsheet press, the imagePRESS C800 Series.

Comprising two models - the 70ppm imagePRESS C700 and the 80ppm imagePRESS C800 - the new series incorporates both innovative technology and enhanced proven technology from the flagship Canon imagePRESS C7011VP(S) to deliver advanced levels of print quality, productivity and versatility in both commercial and in-house print environments.

Thanks to its innovative design, it offers the versatility to create extensive and innovative applications across a wide range of media, including heavyweight coated stocks and envelopes, and can flexibly handle everything from short runs to complex variable data printing for personalised print communications.

The print quality of the imagePRESS C800 Series is exceptional due to the following new and improved technologies:

• Canon’s newly developed Consistently Vivid (CV) toner, which delivers higher quality print at speeds of up to 80 ppm and offers an improved transfer efficiency for enhanced colour consistency and accuracy across a wide variety of media, including embossed and rough paper surfaces for custom and premium applications.
• Compact Registration Technology (CRT) ensures that every single image is placed in the same location every time on every sheet for the highest quality results, whether printing one sheet or thousands

Achieving high production speeds of up to 80 impressions per minute on a wide range of media thanks to its Advanced Twin Belt Fusing unit, the imagePRESS C800 Series can run at maximum speed on heavy stock up to 220gsm without sacrificing print quality The imagePRESS C800 Series can produce duplex print jobs on heavy weight media up to 300 gsm with highly accurate front to back registration, enabling PSPs to handle more demanding jobs without manual intervention or any impact on print room productivity.

Advanced feeding technology, in the form of a new multi-drawer paper deck with three new technologies, prevents misfeeds even of coated stock. Blowing air at different speeds, depending on the type and weight of paper, together with a new separation control system and new materials in the unit, virtually eliminates paper jams and, by maximising the availability of the machine, significantly increases a print room's efficiency and productivity.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة،31  أغسطس 2014 – أثبتت كانون التزامها المتواصل بتقديم التكنولوجيا المبتكرة إلى مزوّدي خدمات الطباعة تلبيةً لحاجاتهم دائمة المتطوّرة، فطرحت طابعة ملوّنة جديدة مخصصة للطباعة الإنتاجية، وهي سلسلة imagePRESS C800 Series.

تضمّ السلسلة طابعتين، هما imagePRESS C700 التي تطبع بسرعة 70 صفحة في الدقيقة وطابعة imagePRESS C800 بسرعة 80 صفحة في الدقيقة، وتضمّ التكنولوجيا المبتكرة والتكنولوجيا المجرّبة المحسّنة من  جهاز (Canon imagePRESS C7011VP(S القمّة، فتقدّم بذلك مستويات عالية من جودة الطباعة والإنتاجية وتعدّد المزايا في بيئة الطباعة التجارية وداخل الشركات.

تقدّم الطابعة الجديدة، بفضل تصميمها المبتكر، تعدّد المزايا اللازم لعدد كبير من التطبيقات باستخدام مجموعة كبيرة من وسائط الطباعة، وتشمل الأوراق المغلّفة ثقيلة الوزن والمغلّفات. وبإمكان هذا الجهاز إدارة كل الوظائف بسهولة، من الطباعة السريعة إلى طباعة البيانات المتغيرة المعقدة المخصصة لمطبوعات التواصل المعدّلة حسب الحاجة.

وتتّسم سلسلة imagePRESS C800 Series بجودة طباعة هائلة بفضل التقنيات الجديدة والمحسّنة:

·         حبر Consistently Vivid (CV) الذي طوّرته كانون حديثاً، والذي يطبع بسرعة أعلى تصل إلى 80 صفحة في الدقيقة ويقدّم فعالية محسّنة في وضع الحبر على الأوراق لنيل تجانس أفضل للألوان ودقّة عالية على مختلف وسائط الطباعة، مثل الورق النافر والخشن.

·         تضمن تكنولوجيا Compact Registration Technology (CRT) طبع كل صورة في الموقع ذاته كل مرة على كل صفحة للحرص على نيل طباعة عالية الجودة، سواء أعند طباعة ورقة واحدة أم آلاف الأوراق.

تطبع سلسلة imagePRESS C800 Series بسرعات عالية تصل إلى 80 صورة في الدقيقة على باقة واسعة من الوسائط بفضل وحدة خاصية Advanced Twin Belt Fusing، فهي قادرة على العمل بأقصى سرعة لها حتى عند استعمال الأوراق الثقيلة التي يصل وزنها إلى 220 غ/م² بدون أي تأثير على نوعية الطباعة. وبإمكان هذه الطابعة الطبع على جهتي الورقة (دوبلكس) لأوراق يصل وزنها إلى 300 غ/م² مع طباعة واضحة جداً على جهتَي الورقة، ليتمكّن مزوّدو خدمات الطباعة من أداء المهام الصعبة من دون تدخّل يدوي أو أي تأثير على الإنتاجية.

وتمنع تكنولوجيا التلقيم المتطوّرة، وهي عبارة عن سطح أوراق جديد متعدّد الأدراج يضمّ ثلاث تقنيات جديدة، التلقيم الخاطئ حتّى عند استخدام الأوراق المغلّفة. وباللجوء إلى تقنية نفخ الهواء بسرعات مختلقة، بحسب نوع الورق ووزنه، إلى جانب نظام تحكّم جديد لفصل الأوراق ومواد جديدة في الطابعة، تحدّ الطابعة من احتمال تعرقل سير الورق، ومن خلال زيادة إمكانية استخدام الطابعة فتزداد بذلك كفاءة غرفة الطباعة وإنتاجيتها.
