Alfanar Construction empowers young talents with state
of the art project management competencies
Riyadh – July 09, 2014: Alfanar Construction, Saudi Arabia’s leading
construction company for turnkey and project development capabilities, has
announced that it has successfully concluded Project Management Academy (PMA)
Program for the first batch of students. The program offered a fast track
career program for its employees to develop and build their skills, which will
enable them to take on greater corporate responsibilities and become future
leaders in the field of project managent. The company honored six PMA Program
graduates in a ceremony, which recently took place in the presence of top
management at the Holiday Inn Riyadh – Izdihar.

constantly enhance the existing skills of employees while developing new ones

under which several employees were trained on various aspects of professional project

As part of its efforts to develop a Successor
Development Program for its young and high potential employees, Alfanar
Construction launched its PMA Program in 2012. The program is designed to
identify, improve and enhance their business, leadership, technical and
personal skills that would drive them towards a rewarding career and
progressive future. The two-year comprehensive education and training program was
composed of 91 training sessions, which enabled Alfanar Construction to embrace
and effectively apply the project management standards consistently and to
achieve improvements on a continuous basis.

09 يوليو 2014 - إحتفت شركة "الفنار للإنشاءات" (Alfanar
Construction) الرائدة في قطاع مشاريع الطاقة في المملكة العربية السعودية،
مؤخراً بتخريج الدفعة الأولى من المشاركين في برنامج "أكاديمية إدارة
المشاريع" (PMA) التدريبي الذي يهدف، خلال فترة عامين، إلى تطوير المسار الوظيفي
لمنسوبي الشركة وتنمية مهاراتهم وكفاءاتهم بهدف إعداد كوادر قيادية قادرة على
تولي المسؤوليات والمناصب العليا. وتم تكريم المتخرجين الستة في حفل خاص أقيم
مؤخراً في فندق "هوليداي إن - الإزدهار" بحضور نخبة من كبار المسؤولين
في الشركة.
وفي
معرض تعليقه على الأمر، قال المهندس صباح المطلق، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة في شركة
"الفنار للإنشاءات": "ندرك أن الكوادر البشرية هم العنصر الأهم
والأساس في الشركة، ولذلك نحرص دائماً على تطوير البرامج والمبادرات الهادفة إلى

وتم
إطلاق برنامج "أكاديمية إدارة المشاريع" في عام 2012 تماشياً مع جهود
الشركة الرامية إلى تطوير برامج التنمية المستمرة المخصّصة للمواهب الشابة في
الشركة. ويهدف البرنامج إلى تقييم وتحسين وتنمية المهارات المهنية والقيادية
والفنية والشخصية لدى الموظفين في سبيل تمكينهم من الحصول على مستوى وظيفي متميز
ومستقبل باهر في مجال إدارة المشاريع. ولقد أسهم هذا البرنامج التثقيفي والتدريبي
المتكامل الممتد على مدار عامين متتاليين والمؤلف من 91 جلسة تدريبية، في تعزيز
أداء الشركة بمجال تطبيق أعلى المعايير المتّبعة في إدارة المشاريع لضمان التحسين
المستمر في أعمالها.
