MANDARIN ORIENTAL, BODRUM SET TO BRING A NEW ERA OF LUXURY HOSPITALITY TO TURKEY

Hong Kong, 18June 2014 -- Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is scheduled to open in the summer of 2014, marking the highly anticipated debut of the award-winning hotel group to Turkey.

A luxurious hideaway
International designer Antonio Citterio has created the resort’s  109 guestrooms and suites in an elegant, 21stcentury contemporary style, taking full advantage of the resort’s outstanding vistas. Design elements have been influenced by the Group’s oriental heritage as well as from local cultural ancestry, with Mandarin Oriental’s exacting attention to detail. All incorporate the Group’s guest-centred technology and entertainment systems and provide the largest accommodation in the area. Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum’s Sea View Rooms and Mediterranean Suites are the most spacious in the Bodrum Peninsula, ranging from 72 to 145 square metres and are flooded with natural light. Most of the rooms feature outside terraces offering with dining area and sunbeds. The suites blend into a private outdoor terrace featuring a plunge pool and outdoor shower with spectacular views over the Aegean Sea and a garden-inspired atmosphere.

The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Bodrumintroduces the Group’s awarding-winning spa concepts with holistic signature treatments, and will feature the most comprehensive range of wellness, beauty and massage programmes within the region.
