real estate consultancy firm to promote first hotel to receive Gold
LEED Certification across high profile clients in the GCC

Al Basel Consultancy, a
leading real estate consultancy firm and a member of the Al Basel
Group of Companies, revealed its new strategic partnership with
Montage Beverly Hills Hotel, a leading luxury hotel in Los Angeles,
California. The agreement signing was done during a special media
briefing held at the Burj Al Arab on (May 08, 2014). Under the terms
of the agreement, Al Basel Consultancy will promote the Montage
Beverly Hills Hotel, which is part of the Montage Hotels and Resorts
Group and is widely known for being the first hotel and residence to
receive a Gold level certification in Southern California under the
U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership Energy and Environmental
Design (LEED).
According to Al Basel
senior executives, the new partnership agreement will give them the
opportunity to promote Montage Beverly Hills Hotel across potential
high-profile clients in the GCC—leveraging the hotel’s 201
well-appointed guestrooms, including 55 suites that have all been
designed to pay tribute to both old Hollywood glamour and modern day
luxury. Located in Southern California’s most celebrated
neighborhood, Montage Beverly Hills Hotel features architecture
inspired by the Spanish Colonial Revival times and Mediterranean
styling prevalent in Beverly Hills. The luxury hotel captures the
sophisticated residential ambiance of Southern California’s glamour
estates of the 1920′s and 1930′s.

The Montage Hotels and
Resorts Group is a luxury hotel operating and development company
founded in 2002 by Alan Fuerstman to serve the affluent traveller. In
April 2009, Montage became the first hotel in Southern California and
one of four hotels worldwide to be awarded Gold level LEED
certification for its environmentally responsible design,
construction and operations. The certification positions the hotel as
a high-performance green building that is a responsible, efficient
and healthy place to live and work.

توقيع الاتفاقية خلال مؤتمر صحفي خاص
أقيم في فندق برج العرب بتاريخ (8
