The Wine, Dine, Delight hotel package includes luxurious accommodations, a multi-course winemaker dinner at award-winning Restaurant Asiate and a custom private blind tasting experience with the hotel’s acclaimed wine director, Annie Turso
Some of the world’s
best wineries will descend on Restaurant Asiate for a series of intimate
one-night-only dining experiences. During each of the dinners prepared
by Asiate’s Chef de Cuisine Angie Berry, guests will enjoy an exclusive
opportunity to sample unique and rare vintages from Louis Roederer,
Domain Alain Burguet, Staglin Family Vineyard or Domaines Schlumberger.
In addition, the Wine, Dine, Delight package includes a custom
hour-long blind tasting with Wine Director Annie Turso. The tasting will
be tailored to guests’ preferences and will explore different regions
or varietals.
Rates for the Wine, Dine, Delight package begin at USD 2,170 and include:
- Two nights of accommodation in a guestroom or suite
- Seating for up to two guests at the Asiate wine dinner of choice: Louis Roederer champagne dinner on March 17, Domain Alain Burguet on April 16, Staglin Family Vineyard on May 12 or Domaines Schlumberger on June 16
- Full American breakfast for two guests daily in-room or at Asiate
- One hour blind tasting for up to two guests in the Lobby Lounge with Wine Director Annie Turso
