services extend to 62 of Owner’s Association Building at
residential community in Jebel Ali

19, 2014 – Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities
management (FM) solutions in the GCC, has recently announced the
renewal of its FM services contract for Owner’s Association
Building at Discovery Gardens, a modern residential community close
to the Ibn Battuta Mall. Under the terms of the renewed agreement,
Imdaad will provide planned and reactive maintenance as well as
internal and external cleaning of the community for next five years
in line with its vision to be one of the foremost FM companies in the
world.
The maintenance
contract extends to a cluster of 62 buildings of the association.
Among the FM services to be provided by Imdaad for planned and
reactive maintenance include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing
(MEP) Systems, Fire Systems, Elevators and Signage, among others. On
the other hand, a team of highly professional and qualified cleaners
will overlook the task of external and internal cleaning such as
general-purpose cleaning, sewerage cleaning, and floor and road
cleaning, using specialist cleaning equipment and techniques.
