appointed to undertake MEP & landscaping work
]UAE, February 17, 2014[ - Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), a luxury
residential golf community located between Green Community and Dubai Sports
City off the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, has announced that it has awarded
the contract for final completion of the development’s ‘Clubhouse’ to ETA
Ascon, a leading contracting firm in the UAE. The company has been commissioned
to implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) services and landscaping
work at The Clubhouse. ETA Ascon has already commenced work on the project on
February 1, 2014 and will finish by August 31, 2014.
The
Clubhouse at Jumeirah Golf Estates has been designed to offer unmatched
services to the residents. The current temporary structure houses a Pro shop
for golf enthusiasts, an all-day dining restaurant and a sports lounge, and
indoor and outdoor banquet facility. The eagerly awaited permanent complex will
add to the charm of the pristine golfing development and offer an enriched
lifestyle to residents, potential investors, and golfers.

"عقارات جميرا للجولف" (JGE)، مجمّع الجولف السكني الراقي الواقع بين "جرين كوميونيتي"
و"مدينة دبي الرياضية" على طول شارع
الشيخ محمد بن زايد، عن منح عقد الإنجاز النهائي لإنشاء ناديها الرئيسي إلى شركة
"إي تي إيه أسكون"، الرائدة على مستوى الإمارات في مجال المقاولات. وبموجب
أحكام العقد، ستقوم الأخيرة بتنفيذ الأعمال الكهربائية والميكانيكية والصحية وأعمال
تصميم المسطحات الخارجية لمشروع النادي. وقد بدأت الشركة في الأول من الشهر الجاري
العمل على تنفيذ المشروع على أن يتم تسليمه بتاريخ 31 أغسطس/ آب المقبل.
ويتمتع النادي
الواقع في "عقارات جميرا للجولف" بتصميم فريد يمكنه من تقديم خدمات فريدة
تلبي احتياجات المقيمين ضمن المجمع السكني الراقي. ويضم مجمع الجولف حاليا وبصورة
مؤقتة متجر أدوات وملابس الجولف التي تلبي احتياجات عشاق رياضة الجولف، بالإضافة
إلى مطعم يفتح على مدار الساعة وصالة استراحة للرياضيين وصالتين داخلية وأخرى خارجية

المشروع حال الإنتهاء منه في زيادة الإقبال على "عقارات جميرا للجولف وتوفير
المزيد من المرافق الترفيهية للمقيمين والزائرين. وسنتابع توسيع دائرة عروضنا لأصحاب
المنازل في مجمع الجولف بما يتماشى مع أرقى المعايير العالمية."
يشار إلى أنّ مشروع "عقارات
جميرا للجولف" هو وجهة جولف رائدة تحتوي على أربعة ملاعب جولف عالمية المستوى
لكل منها موضوعها البيئي المختلف وهي: النار، والتراب والماء والرياح. وما زال
المشروع حالياً في مرحلته الأولى ويحتوي على 13 مجمّع سكني يضم 1050 فيلا محاذية
للحفرات الثمانية عشرة لكل من ملعبي النار والتراب، المصممين على يد أسطورة الجولف
جريج نورمان. ويعد "مجمّع فايرسايد" جزءاً من ملعب "النار" الذي
