Kabul, January 23th: Safi Airways, the international airline of Afghanistan launched its customer loyalty program “Saffron Rewards” at a Gala function held at the Land Mark Hotel in Kabul last night for its trade partners and frequent fliers.
Safi Airways has come up with a straight forward transparent rewards program where the passenger can cash in his/her original boarding card stubs for tickets. The airline announced the program will take effect from the 1stof February 2014. All tickets issued after the 1stof February will be entitled for rewards.
Naeem Mahamoor, Manager Marketing of Safi Airways stated “our main focus is to deliver a simple effective rewards program to our customers’ who patronize Safi Airways. 07 boarding pass stubs will earn a one way ticket and 11 boarding pass stubs will earn a return ticket to any Safi Airways destination. Passengers will have to pay the relevant government taxes. The class of travel will be determined, business or economy class as per the flown boarding stub class of travel. Passenger names on the boarding stubs have to be the same for qualification. Passengers can redeem their tickets from any Safi Airways office by submitting their boarding stubs and complying with the set terms & conditions”. As per Mr. Mahamoor, “this scheme has been long overdue; we came up with this scheme in encouraging customers to fly with us as their first choice”.
