Meeting underlines first training program on e-Learning
for Fujairah College
[UAE, January 4, 2014] – The
Board of Governors of Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University (HBMeU) recently
concluded its first meeting for the 2013-2014 academic year. The agenda
included confirmation of the names of 200 graduates for Master’s and Bachelor’s
degree for 2012-2013 from e-School of Business and Quality Management, School
of e-Education, and e-School of Health and Environment Studies.
During the meeting, the board members underlined
the scope of cooperation between HBMeU and Fujairah College to provide
high-quality education aimed at building a highly competitive young generation
who can effectively cater to emerging trends. The meeting further discussed
plans to conduct the first training program on e-Learning for faculty members
at Fujairah College, as well as to prepare graduates to pursue Master degrees
at HBMeU.

General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Dubai Police and Public
Security and Chairman of HBMeU's Board of Governors, said:
“The year-on-year increasing number of graduates at HBMeU manifests the

means. This will raise the bar on e-Learning excellence by encouraging contemporary
scientific research as well as academic and intellectual achievements while
also disseminating modern knowledge among academic and social communities.”
HBMeU is the first e-learning institute in
the Arab World that was established with the vision to develop a new learning
process through the implementation of learning practices characterised by
flexibility, quality and diversity to strengthen self-leadership among learners
and prepare them socially and academically for a future career through
integration in the job market. HBMeU’s philosophy is based on vital methods
that have been developed through extensive research and development by
specialists from all over the world. These methods include offering high
quality programs, supporting the pursuit of lifelong learning, promoting the

الإلكترونية" يعتمد قوائم خريجي 2012/2013
[الإمارات، 4 يناير 2014] - عقد مجلس أمناء "جامعة حمدان بن محمّد الإلكترونية" مؤخراً
الاجتماع الأوّل للعام الأكاديمي 2014/2013 الذي تخلّل اعتماد قوائم خريجي السنة الأكاديمية 2013/2012 البالغ عددهم 200 خريج من مرحلتي البكالوريوس والماجستير في الكليات الإلكترونية الثلاث المتمثلة
في "الكلية الإلكترونية لإدارة الأعمال والجودة" و"كلية التعليم
الإلكتروني" و"الكلية الإلكترونية للدراسات الصحية والبيئية".
كما استعرض المجتمعون نطاق التعاون المشترك بين
"جامعة حمدان بن محمّد الإلكترونية" و"كلية الفجيرة" في سبيل توفير
تعليم عالي الجودة لإعداد جيل جديد على درجة عالية من التنافسية للتعامل بفعالية مع
المعطيات المعاصرة. كما تخلل الاجتماع مناقشة خطط إقامة أول برنامج تدريبي على التعليم الإلكتروني لأعضاء الهيئة
التدريسية في "كلية الفجيرة" إلى جانب برنامج مماثل للخريجين استعداداً
لالتحاقهم ببرامج الماجستير في "جامعة حمدان بن محمّد الإلكترونية".
وأوضح معالي الفريق
ضاحي خلفان تميم، نائب رئيس الشرطة والأمن العام في دبي، رئيس مجلس
أمناء "جامعة حمدان بن محمد الإلكترونية"، بأنّ تزايد أعداد الخريجين عاماً بعد عام يعكس الثقة
المتزايدة التي يوليها المجتمع الأكاديمي للجامعة باعتبارها الخيار الأول للتعليم
الإلكتروني والتعلّم عن بعد في العالم العربي، مؤكداً بأنّ الإنجازات المتتالية
تمثل دافعاً قوياً لمواصلة العمل الجاد على تطوير برامج أكاديمية عالمية المستوى
تجمع بين الجودة العالية والتخصصات الحيوية بما يواكب المتغيرات المتسارعة في
القرن الحادي والعشرين. مضيفاً: "نلتزم في مجلس الأمناء بتبنّي المبادرات
النوعية الرائدة التي من شأنها تجسيد تطلعاتنا الاستراتيجية المتمحورة حول إعادة تشكيل
مستقبل التعلّم باستخدام أساليب إبداعية ودفع مسيرة التميز في التعليم الإلكتروني عبر
تشجيع البحث العلمي المعاصر والإنجازات الأكاديمية والفكرية ونشر المعرفة
الحديثة بين الأوساط الأكاديمية والمجتمعية."
وتعد "جامعة حمدان بن محمد الإلكترونية" أول
جامعة إلكترونية في العالم العربي تأسست وفق رؤية مستقبلية تستهدف تحقيق إنطلاقة
