Implant specialist opens regional office in Dubai

Cochlear Ltd., the market-leading implantable hearing solutions
developer, participated at the 4th Emirates Rhinology & Otology
Conference which started today January 15, 2014 at the InterContinental Dubai
Festival City. The company leveraged the prestigious ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat)
forum to establish its presence in the region as well as introduce its advanced
hearing solutions to the Middle East healthcare sector.
The multi-conference event is an ideal platform for Cochlear to
interact with visitors as well as expert speakers, delegates and industry
specialists from the international and regional healthcare sector. The company shared
valuable insights on its latest techniques and products including Cochlear
Implants, Bone Anchored Prosthetics and Baha Bone Conduction Implants.
Cochlear also announced the opening of its new regional office in
Dubai Healthcare City, a special district dedicated to high-quality,
patient-centered healthcare. The Dubai branch will offer diagnosis and
treatment of hearing disabilities and introduce Cochlear’s latest range of
products to its Middle Eastern customers. The facility will enable the company
to stay in close contact with ear surgeons and hearing aid specialists who use
Cochlear implants to treat hearing disorders in patients in the region.

أعلنت "كوكلير" (Cochlear)، الشركة الرائدة في مجال
تطوير حلول زراعة أجهزة السمع، عن مشاركتها في "مؤتمر الإمارات الرابع لأمراض
الأنف والأذن والحنجرة" (4th
Emirates Rhinology & Otology Conference)، الذي تبدأ
فعالياته اليوم وتمتد لغاية 17 يناير/كانون الثاني الجاري في فندق انتركونتيننتال
دبي فستيفال سيتي. وتسعى الشركة من مشاركتها في هذا الحدث لترسيخ حضورها في المنطقة
وطرح محفظتها الواسعة من الحلول

ويشكل هذا الحدث متعدد المؤتمرات منصة مثالية لشركة

وتفتتح الشركة اليوم مكتبها الإقليمي الجديد في مدينة
دبي الطبية، المنطقة المخصصة لتوفير خدمات الرعاية الصحية عالية الجودة ، في خطوة لتوفير
خدمات تشخيص وعلاج الإعاقات السمعية وتقديم أحدث مجموعة من منتجات "كوكلير"
للعملاء في الشرق الأوسط. وسيتيح المكتب الجديد أيضا للشركة البقاء على اتصال مع
جراحي الأذن ومختصي السمع، الذين يستخدمون أجهزة "كوكلير" لعلاج
اضطرابات السمع لدى المرضى في المنطقة.
وقال ريتشارد بروك، رئيس شركة "كوكلير" في
منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية: "يقدم المؤتمر لنا
فرصة مثاليّة لتعزيز مكانتنا في المنطقة، بالإضافة إلى طرح تقنياتنا ومنتجاتنا
المتطورة. وسيشكل تواجدنا في دبي خطوة هامة لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على أجهزة
"كوكلير" للسمع في الشرق الأوسط وتعزيز خيارات علاج مرضى ضعف السمع من مختلف
الفئات العمريّة إعتباراً من الأطفال تحت سن السابعة وصولاً لكبار السن فوق الـ 60

وقامت شركة "كوكلير" بإبتكار أول زراعة للقوقعة متعددة
القنوات في العالم وذلك قبل 30 عاماً. وتجري الشركة عمليات بحث وتطوير واسعة
النطاق على منتجات السمع، حيث حققت إنجازات كبيرة في تطوير حلول السمع رفيعة
المستوى. وبالإضافة إلى دعمها قطاع الرعاية الصحية المتطور في المنطقة وخاصة في
دولة الإمارات ، تسعى الشركة أيضاً إلى إحداث تغيير إيجابي في
حياة الأطفال والبالغين ممن يعانون من الإعاقات السمعية.
