Ambassadors for Egypt in the world’s 7 continents

On the 5th of October, AIESEC in Egypt –that the center of its activities is based mainly on the provision of programs to develop leadership skills for young people– Launched the “Global Change Maker” campaign that allows Egyptian youth to join the organization’s Exchange Program.

The Program allows Egyptian youth between the ages of 18 to 30 years to travel and experience one of the 124 countries in the AIESEC network for 6 weeks, to carry out various activities and get exposed to different cultures that results in having a better understanding about the world and developing their leadership abilities through experiential learning, cross culture understanding and personal & professional development.

This experience gives young people the opportunity to improve and acquire new skills by going through a challenging experiential leadership journey, as well as, seeing the world from a different and better perspective, and having a positive impact on their society.

Global Change Maker  program has different scopes of  internships depending on the area or the issues that youth will be working on, which are; Culture, Entrepreneurship, Environment, Education, Empowerment and Health.

Ahmed Ayman – German University graduate who has been to Romania with the organization’s exchange program- “This experience surpassed all my expectations; I did not imagine that so many people will have questions and misconceptions about Egypt in Romania. I was very happy to represent my country Egypt within a team from 15 different nationalities and work on a project that teaches children how to maintain a better environment.”

And Menna Essam adds “6 weeks in India were enough to change my life entirely for the better, I encourage all Egyptian youth to grasp this opportunity and live this amazing experience, seeing the world, making friendships from all over the world and representing your country abroad are things that have a different taste while we’re young.”
