‘Gulf-O-Flex’ to be used for construction of 95 villas/townhomes in Arabian

Rubber World Industries LLC (RWI), the leading manufacturer of closed-cell rubber insulation 'Gulf-O-Flex' in the Gulf and South East Asia, and part of the international business conglomerate, the Shaikhani Group of Companies, was awarded by Arabtec Construction Group (Arabtec), a leading MENA construction company specialising in complex projects, a contract to supply rubber insulated building materials to be used in the development and construction for the AED 107 million worth Arabian Ranches Development project, which covers 95 villas/townhomes in Arabian Ranches Development District 2, Alma 2 and La Avenida 2. Under the terms of the agreement, Rubber World Industries will supply ‘Gulf-O-Flex’ closed cell elastomeric rubber tube insulation, sheet roll insulation and adhesives that will be used for refrigerant copper pipes and AC drain/refrigerant pipe insulation purposes.
According to Rubber World Industries executives, the recent award demonstrates the strong confidence that contractors like Arabtec Construction have placed in Rubber World Industries’ diverse product portfolio of rubber insulated materials. The growing preference for the company’s products can be attributed to its durability and competitive pricing. In addition, Rubber World Industries products are dust free, fiber-free, CFC free, Zero ODP and have low VOCs, making them mold and mildew resistant.
In addition to Rubber World Industries, the company has also awarded a contract to Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co. (EFECO), to facilitate the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) requirements of the Arabian Ranches project. Aside from the Arabian Ranches project, the company has also revealed being awarded a contract to provide rubber insulated building materials for the Baniyas Residential Development project in Abu Dhabi, which covers the construction of 411 villas.

حصلت "رابر وورلد للصناعة"، الشركة المتخصصة في مجال تصنيع منتجات المطاط العازل بتقنية الخلايا المغلقة "جلف- أو- فليكس" (Gulf-O-Flex) في منطقة الخليج وجنوب شرق آسيا والتابعة للإئتلاف التجاري الدولي "مجموعة شركات شيخاني"، على عقد لتوريد مواد العزل المطاطي الخاص بالأبنية وذلك من قبل "أرابتك للإنشاءات" (Arabtec Construction Group)، إحدى الشركات الرائدة المتخصصة في مجال تنفيذ المشاريع الإنشائية الضخمة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. وسيتم استخدام هذه المواد في مشروع تطوير وإنشاء "المرابع العربية" البالغة قيمته 107 مليون درهم إماراتي والذي يشتمل على 95 فيلا ومنزل في المنطقة الثانية والمنطقة "ألما 2" (Alma 2) و"المنطقة لا أفنيدا 2" (La Avenida 2). وبموجب شروط العقد، ستقوم "رابر وورلد للصناعة" بتوريد أنابيب العزل ولفائف العزل بتقنية الخلايا المغلقة "جلف-أو-فليكس" والمواد اللاصقة التي سيتم استخدامها لعزل أنابيب النحاس في أجهزة التبريد وكذلك عزل أنابيب التصريف والتبريد في مكيفات الهواء.
ووفقاً للمسؤولين التنفيذيين في "رابر وورلد للصناعة" فإن الفوز بهذا العقد يعكس الثقة القوية التي وضعها مقاولون مثل "أرابتك للإنشاءات" في محفظة المنتجات المتنوعة من مواد العزل المطاطي التي تنتجها "رابر وورلد للصناعة"، حيث يعزى التفضيل المتزايد لمنتجات الشركة إلى متانتها وسعرها المنافس. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعد منتجات "رابر وورلد للصناعة" خالية من الغبار والألياف ولا تتسبب بإطلاق غاز كلوروفلوروكربون (CFC) أو استنفاذ طبقة الأوزون (ODP) وتتميز بانخفاض المركبات العضوية المتطايرة (VOC)، ما يجعلها مقاومة للتعفن والفطريات.
وبالإضافة إلى شركة "رابر وورلد للصناعة"، منحت "أرابتك للإنشاءات" أيضاً عقداً لشركة "صقر الإمارات الكهروميكانيكية"، من أجل توفير الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية لمشروع "المرابع العربية". كما كشفت "رابر وورلد للصناعة" عن حصولها على عقد آخر لتوفير مواد العزل المطاطي للأبنية لصالح مشروع بني ياس السكني في أبوظبي، الذي يشتمل على بناء 411 فيلا.
