Riyadh, September 03, 2013 – Arabian Oud, the largest specialized perfume retailer in the world and the Middle East region's foremost luxury fragrance house, extended its heartfelt congratulations, as the Gold Sponsor of the event, to 500 youths as they tied their knots in the fifth mass wedding held on 19th of Shawwal 1434 H at King Saud Hall, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah. The event was organized by The Charity Society for Helping Youth Get Married in Makkah, under the auspices of HRH Prince Khaled Al Faisal, Governor of Makkah Province.
Arabian Oud’s sponsorship of the mass wedding reflects its strong commitment to social and humanitarian responsibility to raise the bar of these types of communal initiatives which target all segments of the society, with particular focus on the youth as the present and future pillars of comprehensive development. At the event, Arabian Oud gave away valuable gifts to the newlyweds, including a wide range of Arabian Oud’s luxurious fragrances for men and women, in addition to a selection of incense for homes.
The event was of great importance at the level of encouraging the youth to marry and build typical and well-knit families to effectively contribute to comprehensive development in the future. Broadcasted live on several television channels, the fifth mass wedding leveraged on the latest technologies and advanced solutions to provide a high-spirited, unique environment for both the spouses and the audience. At the end of the ceremony, Arabian Oud, represented by Mohammed Abdul Wahab Merdad, received an honorary shield for its support to the event.

"العربية للعود" ترعى زواج جماعي لـ 500 شاب وفتاة في مكة المكرّمة
الرياض في 03 أغسطس 2013: شاركت "الشركة العربية للعود"، أكبر سلسلة من متاجر التجزئة المتخصّصة بالعطور الشرقية في العالم، وبصفتها الراعي الذهبي للحدث، فرحة 500 شاب وفتاة خلال حفل الزواج الجماعي الخامس الذي أقيم يوم الاثنين 19 شوال 1434هـ في قاعة الملك سعود بجامعة أم القرى في مكة المكرّمة، تحت تنظيم الجمعية الخيرية لمساعدة الشباب على الزواج والرعاية الأسرية في مكة المكرمة وتحت رعاية كريمة من صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير خالد الفيصل، أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة.
وجاءت رعاية "العربية للعود" لحفل الزواج الجماعي التزاماً منها بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية والإنسانية وإيماناً منها بالأهداف السامية للمبادرات المجتمعية التي تستهدف دعم كافة أفراد المجتمع، لا سيّما الشباب باعتبارهم عماد الحاضر والمستقبل وأساس التنمية الشاملة. وعكفت الشركة خلال الحفل على تقديم الهدايا القيّمة للعرسان والتي تمثّلت بمجموعة من أبرز المنتجات والعطورات الرجالية والنسائية الفاخرة من "العربية للعود" والتي لاقت رواجاً لدى الشباب بالإضافة إلى بخور المنزل.
وشكّل الحفل نقلة نوعية على مستوى مشاركة الشباب فرحة العمر وتشجيعهم على بناء أسر نموذجية فاعلة ومتماسكة تساهم بفعالية في مسيرة التنمية الشاملة في المستقبل. وتميّز الزواج الجماعي الخامس، الذي تم بثّه مباشرةً عبر عدد من القنوات الفضائية، باستخدام أحدث الوسائل التقنية التي أضفت أجواء مفعمة بالبهجة والتميّز بين أوساط العرسان والحضور على السواء. وتم في نهاية الحفل تكريم "الشركة العربية للعود" بدرعٍ تذكاري تسلّمه ممثل الشركة محمد عبدالوهاب مرداد، تقديراً لها على دعمها الكبير للحفل.
ويُذكر أخيراً أنّ الشركة تتمتع بسجل حافل بالتميز في تقديم مساهمات فاعلة في إنجاح سلسلة من المناسبات الاجتماعية في مختلف أنحاء المملكة بالتعاون مع عدد من الجهات الخيرية والإنسانية المعنية برعاية شؤون الشباب والأسرة وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
