Special event aimed at reinforcing ties between management and staff across company’s current projects

Smartworld, a leading next generation ICT provider in the Middle East and a joint-venture company of Etisalat and Dubai World Central (DWC), hosted a special Iftar dinner for its employees recently at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. The event is part of the company’s celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan and served as an opportune time to strengthen ties between the company’s management team and employees coming from various departments and also from current projects spread across the UAE. On hand to welcome the attendees during the evening’s affair were leading Smartworld officials headed by Reyadh Ayesh, CEO and Managing Director (MD).
“The Holy Month of Ramadan is a special time to give thanks for all the blessings we have received and also serve as an opportunity to acknowledge the strong support and dedication exemplified by our employees,” said Mahdi Abdulla Ismail Ali Hassan, HR Manager, Smartworld. “It is through events like this that we also aim to create stronger ties between staff coming from our different departments and projects. We are happy that during Ramadan, we all can join together and enjoy one meal as one big family. This is a wonderful show of how unified Smartworld is as a company.”

إحتفاءً بمناسبة حلول شهر رمضان المبارك، أقامت شركة "سمارت ورلد" المتخصّصة في مجال توفير خدمات الجيل القادم من تقنيات الاتصالات والمعلومات في الشرق الأوسط والمشروع الاستراتيجي المشترك بين "دبي ورلد سنترال" و"اتصالات"، مؤخراً مأدبة إفطار خاصة لموظفيها في فندق "جراند حياة" بدبي. وشكّل الحدث فرصةً لتوطيد العلاقات بين مجلس إدارة الشركة وموظفيها العاملين في مختلف الدوائر والمشاريع قيد التنفيذ على مستوى دولة الإمارات. وكان في إستقبال الحضور نخبةٌ من المسؤولين في "سمارت ورلد" برئاسة العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي للشركة السيد رياض عايش.
وتعليقاً على الحدث، قال مهدي عبد الله اسماعيل مدير ادارة الموارد البشرية : "شهر رمضان المبارك هو شهر الرضوان والتعبير عن الإمتنان لكل ما أنعمه الله علينا من نعمٍ وتبريكات وهو يشكل فرصة حقيقية لتقدير الدعم القوي الذي يقدّمه موظفينا والتزامهم الوطيد تجاه الشركة. وإننا نهدف من خلال تنظيم هذه الفعاليات إلى ترسيخ العلاقات مع الموظفين العاملين في الدوائر والمشاريع التابعة للشركة بمختلف مجالاتها. ونحن سعداء بأن نتشارك فرحة الشهر الفضيل مع زملائنا عبر مأدبة إفطار تجمعنا معاً كأفراد في أسرة واحدة وبيت واحد."
