Company cited for successful track record of innovative deployments across diverse portfolio of customers

Smartworld, one of the leading master systems integrator and next generation ICT service provider in the Middle East, has bagged the ‘Best Managed Service Provider of the Year’ enterprise category in this year’s edition of the Network Middle East Awards, which was held recently at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai. The company was cited for its successful track record of innovative deployments across its diverse portfolio of customers, which include Etisalat, Saipem and Mobily. The award was received by Mohannad Jabateh, Sales and Marketing Manager, Smartworld, in the presence of an audience made up of key players in the region’s rapidly growing ICT industry.
Smartworld bested out other nominees in the Managed Service Provider category. The nominees were judged based on the details of the solution range and its capabilities; the new additions made over the past year; how these products were better than competitor solutions; the success of the solution and endorsements made by regional customers who have used the solution.

حازت شركة "سمارت ورلد"، المتخصّصة في مجال توفير خدمات الجيل القادم من تقنيات الاتصالات والمعلومات في الشرق الأوسط، على جائزة "أفضل مزوّد للخدمات المدارة للعام" وذلك ضمن دورة هذا العام من فعاليات جوائز "نتوورك ميدل ايست 2013" الذي أقيم مؤخراً في فندق "جميرا أبراج الإمارات" بدبي. ونالت الشركة الجائزة إستناداً لسجلها الحافل من النجاحات العديدة في تقديم أفضل الخدمات المبتكرة والعالية الجودة للعملاء، بمن فيهم شركات "إتصالات" و"سايبم" و"موبايلي". وتسلّم الجائزة السيد مهند جباعتة، مدير قسم المبيعات والتسويق لدى شركة "سمارت ورلد"، وسط حضور كريم من كبار العاملين في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات على صعيد المنطقة.
وفازت "سمارت ورلد" بالجائزة ضمن فئة شهدت منافسة عالية، تفوّقت فيها على نظيراتها في مجال تقديم الخدمات المدارة. وتم تقييم المرشحين بناءً على خصائص الحلول المقدّمة ونطاق عملها، مع التركيز على جودة التحديثات المضافة إليها خلال العام ومقارنتها بسائر الحلول المتوفرة بالسوق من حيث الفعالية وما حققته من نجاح ومدى إستفادة العملاء منها على الصعيد الإقليمي.
