InSinkErator, the world's largest manufacturer of food waste disposers and instant hot water dispensers for home and commercial use, has revealed the launch of its new iOS-based application for iPad. The new app, which is being offered for free, can now be downloaded from iTunes app store. InSinkErator’s app has been designed specifically for its professional partners; offering a fast and more convenient source of the company’s latest products, which also includes catalogs and brochures. Offered in English, the app can also run in offline mode. Meanwhile there is an international version of this app comes in six languages (English, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese & Chinese)
According to InSinkErator senior executives, users will find the new app highly resourceful as it offers essential product information like images, specifications, related literature and even interactive demonstrations. The iOS-based offering utilizes finger-swipe navigation to easily access information—from viewing product sell sheets, ICU Manuals and warranty documents to ordering merchandising material and emailing them as PDF attachments. The application also has a search bar to help find specific products and literature while a library section gives users quick access to videos and documents. Lastly, users will also be able to be constantly informed of product updates via in-app notifications.

أطلقت "InSinkErator"، أكبر شركة مصنعة ومبتكرة لوحدات التخلص من مخلفات الطعام وأجهزة توزيع المياه الساخنة الفورية للإستخدامات المنزلية والتجارية في العالم، تطبيقاً جديداً للأجهزة العاملة بنظام التشغيل "آي. أو. إس" من "آبل". ويمكن للمستخدمين تحميل التطبيق المتوفر على متجر تطبيقات آبل بشكل مجاني على أجهزة "آي. باد" من خلال برنامج "آي. تيونز". وصمم تطبيق "InSinkErator" الجديد للمستخدمين والشركاء المتخصصين، حيث يمنحهم مصدراً شاملاً ومتكاملاً بأحدث منتجات الشركة ويشتمل أيضا على كتالوجات وكتيبات رقمية. كما يتوفر التطبيق بنسخة دولية تتضمن ست لغات هي العربية والإنجليزية والإسبانية والروسية والبرتغالية والصينية، ويتمتع بميزة العمل في وضع عدم الإتصال بالشبكة.
ويحتوي التطبيق الجديد على مجموعة واسعة من الموارد والمعلومات الأساسية حول المنتجات مثل الصور والمواصفات والعروض التفاعلية. وبفضل مزايا نظام تشغيل "آي. أو. إس"، يمكن للمستخدمين بحركة إصبع واحدة الوصول إلى الكتيبات والمستندات ومعلومات الضمان بسهولة فائقة، فضلاً عن تقديم عروض الشراء وإرسالها عبر البريد الإلكتروني على شكل مستندات بصيغة "بيه. دي. أف" (PDF). كما يحتوي التطبيق على شريط بحث لتسهيل مهمة بحث المستخدمين عن منتجات ومعلومات محددة، إلى جانب مكتبة تمنح المستخدمين نافذة سريع وسهلة الوصول إلى مقاطع الفيديو والمستندات. كما بإمكان مستخدمي تطبيق "InSinkErator" الجديد، الحصول على تحديثات متواصلة عن المنتجات من خلال تفعيل إعدادات خدمة الإنذارات ضمن التطبيق.
