– Fresh after the soft launch of their second
hotel property in the U.A.E., leading Asian hospitality group Dusit
International announces their latest hospitality project at West Bay, in Doha,
Qatar.
Slated to open in the
last quarter of 2013 during the company’s “Year of Expansion,” this will be the
first Dusit branded property in Qatar, but the company’s 5th in the
Middle East.
Located in the heart
of Doha’s diplomatic district overlooking the Doha Corniche, the iconic
property offers views across the Arabian Gulf.
The building’s proximity to the Malls, Doha Exhibition Centre and the
upcoming Doha International Conference and Exhibition Centre makes it appealing
to both short and long-stay guests travelling on leisure or business.
The project is set to
redefine standards of luxury in Doha’s international hospitality sector, with
exceptionally high finishes and attention to detail delivered with the
outstanding levels of gracious hospitality Dusit is famed for.

basis, and our strategic plan to establish and strengthen our presence in key

opportunities within the region, with a focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
Bahrain and Oman, and to further solidify its presence within the United Arab
Emirates where it has been operating for over a decade.

ومن
المقرر افتتاح هذه المنشأة الجديدة في الربع الأخير من عام 2013 خلال
حدث"سنة التوسيع" الذي تجريه الشركة، وستكون هذه أول منشأة تحمل العلامة Dusit في قطر، ولكنها تعد المنشأة الخامسة في الشرق الأوسط.
ولأن هذه
المنشأة تقع في قلب منطقة دبلوماسية بالدوحة مُطلة على الكورنيش، فهي تسر
ناظريها بمتعة مشاهدة المناظر المختلفة عبر الخليج العربي. كما
يجعل موقع المبنى القريب من المراكز التجارية ومركز المعارض بالدوحة ومركز
المؤتمرات والمعارض الدولي المزمع إنشاؤه بالدوحة المبنى مُفضلاً لنزلاء
الإقامة القصيرة والطويلة والمسافرين للعمل أو طلبًا للاستجمام على السواء.
وقد تم إنشاء
المبنى بغرض إعطاء معنىً جديدًا لمعايير الرفاهية في قطاع الضيافة الدولية
بالدوحة، بالإضافة إلى لمسات أخيرة عالية المستوى لا نظير لها والاهتمام
بالتفاصيل المُقدمة بمستويات مذهلة من الضيافة التي تتسم بالكرم وهي ما
تشتهر بها دوسيت.
يقول أندرو
شو، مدير دوسيت الإقليمي الدولي للتطوير – في أوربا والشرق الأوسط
وإفريقيا، "يشهد هذا الإعلان بوضوح بالتزامنا بتوسيع مجموعة دوسيت على أساس

وتسعى مجموعة
دوسيت إنترناشيونال بنشاط لتحقيق فرص إدارة فنادق فخمة وإقامة فندقية
بالمنطقة، مع التركيز على المملكة العربية السعودية والبحرين وعمان، فضلاً
عن ترسيخ حضورها بالإمارات العربية المتحدة والتي عملت بها لما يزيد عن عقد
ولا تزال.
