The company plans future expansion in the Jordanian market
[UAE, May 29, 2013] Drake & Scull International PJSC (DSI), a regional market leader in the integrated design, engineering and construction disciplines of General Contracting, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Water and Power, Rail and Oil and Gas, announced that on the sidelines of the recently held World Economic Forum 2013 in Jordan, Arabtec Construction LLC the main contractor of the St. Regis Hotel and Residences project in Amman appointed DSI to execute the project’s entire mechanical electrical and plumbing works for a contract value of AED 158 million.
St. Regis Residences Amman comprises two towers connected through an external façade and offers 79 residential units and stunning sky villas, in addition to a swimming pool, state-of-the-art fitness centre, reception lounge, business centre facilities, playgrounds, multifunctional executive lounge, cinema theatre and dedicated conference and meeting rooms. On the other hand, St. Regis Hotel Amman includes a 17-storey tower offering 260 units and 4 restaurants and cafes, in addition to a swimming pool, fitness centre and spa, spacious conference rooms, business centre facilities and retail stores.

الشركة تستعد لتوسيع عملياتها في السوق الأردني
الإمارات، 29مايو، 2013، أعلنت "دريك آند سكل انترناشيونال" (DSI)، الشركة الرائدة إقليمياً في مجال أنظمة التصميم والهندسة والبناء المتكاملة الخاصة بالأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية والمقاولات العامة والمياه والطاقة والسكك الحديدية والنفط والغاز، أن شركة "أرابتك للإنشاءات" المقاول الرئيسي لمشروع "فندق ورزيدنسز سانت ريجيس- عمان" عينت "دريك آند سكل انترناشيونال" لتنفيذ كافة الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية إضافة إلى أنظمة الصرف الصحي للمشروع بعقد قيمته 158 مليون درهم وذلك على هامش فعاليات "المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي 2013 " والذي عقد مؤخراً في الأردن.
ويتألف "رزيدنسز سانت ريجيس- عمان" من برجين متصلين بواجهة خارجية، حيث يضمان 79 شقة سكنية، بالإضافة إلى "سكاي فيلا" ومرافق عديدة كالمسبح ومركز اللياقة وبهو الإستقبال ومركز للأعمال وملاعب أطفال وصالة تنفيذية وسينما وقاعة واسعة للإجتماعات والمناسبات. أما فندق "سانت ريجيس- عمان" فيشتمل على برج بارتفاع 17 طابقاً، ويضم 260 غرفة وأربعة مطاعم وكافيه وبركة سباحة ومركز للياقة وسبا، بالإضافة إلى مساحات واسعة للإجتماعات والمناسبات ومركز لرجال الأعمال ومحلات تجارية.
