The Concorde – Corodex Group (CCG), one of the Middle East region’s pioneering providers of fire protection, water & waste treatment and environmental services and a part of the M.H. Al Mana Group of Companies, has revealed the successful installation of a fully automatic and monitored vacuum sewerage collection system for the Umm Al Quwain Marina Development project. The project was completed in a record six months--two months for the design and engineering phase and four months of construction, testing and commissioning. Emaar, the Marina project's developer, has lauded the group's exceptional efficiency and on-time delivery of the project. Additionally, the company also reported that a similar implementation they are currently working on for the offices, barracks, training grounds and security facilities of the Emiri guard camp in Qatar, is on-track and set for completion before the end of 2013.
According to CCG senior executives, the newly installed system will take the lead in collecting waste water from 277 luxury residential villas, leisure and recreational facilities from Community 16 of the Marina-based development. The new vacuum sewer system consists of 41 short gravity collection networks; flood proof vacuum collection chambers; 51 inspection pipes; six gate valves; vacuum tank with the capacity of 16.0 m3 and 2 submersible sewerage pumps; a vacuum station and an Odor Control Unit (OCU) with activated carbon filter and capacity of 1,200 m3/h.
“We are very pleased at the initial performance results that we have received for the vacuum sewerage collection system of the Marina Development project. During the initial phase of the project, we found it important to design a key collection system that could address the health, safety and hygienic requirement of the UAQ Marina,” said Mahmood Awad, Managing Director, CCG. “We hope to duplicate the success of this project with the coming completion of a similar project in Qatar. This is a landmark project for us as this is the first army-based effort that we have handled. Rest assured, we will continue to remain efficient and on-time with the delivery of projects entrusted to us—continuing to maintain the world class standard that we are known for.”

The group’s key subsidiaries; Corodex Trading, Corodex Fire Protection and Automation and Corodex Industries will be showcasing their portfolio of products and services across participants coming from over 30 countries. كشفت "مجموعة كونكورد كورودكس"، الرائدة على مستوى الشرق الأوسط في توفير خدمات الوقاية من الحريق ومعالجة المياه والنفايات والحلول البيئية والتابعة لـ "مجموعة شركات محمد حمد المانع"، عن إستكمالها بنجاح أعمال تنفيذ نظام شفط مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة يتميز بأنّه مراقب ومؤتمت بالكامل، وذلك في مشروع تطوير مرسى أم القيوين. وتم الإنتهاء من أعمال تنفيذ النظام خلال مدة قياسية بلغت 6 أشهر، منها شهرين للتصميم والإستشارة الهندسية و4 أشهر للتنفيذ والتشغيل الأولي والتجربة. وأشادت "إعمار"، المطور الرئيسي لمشروع مرسى أم القيوين، بسرعة تنفيذ "مجموعة كونكورد كورودكس" لأعمال نظام شفط مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة وتسليمه في الوقت المحدد إلى جانب كفاءتها العالية أثناء العمل عليه. علاوة على ذلك، أشارت الشركة إلى توليها أعمال تنفيذ مشروع مشابه يخدم معسكر الحرس الأميري في قطر والمكاتب والثكنات وساحات التدريب والمنشآت الأمنية التابعة له، حيث من المقرر الإنتهاء منه قبل نهاية العام الجاري.
وأوضح كبار المسؤولين في "مجموعة كونكورد كورودكس" بأنّ النظام الجديد لشفط مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة سيخدم 277 فيلا سكنية فاخرة ومرافق ترفيهية في المجمع 16 الواقع ضمن مشروع تطوير مرسى أم القيوين. ويتألف النظام الجديد من 41 شبكة قصيرة مدفونة تحت الأرض لجمع مياه الصرف الصحي، وخزانات ضخمة معزولة مقاومة للغمر مخصصة لجمع مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة، و51 أنبوب إختبار عبر شبكة الصرف الصحي من أجل تسهيل إجراء عمليات الصيانة، وستة صمامات، وخزان تفريغ هوائي (خلخلة) بسعة 16.0 متر مكعب، ومضختين غاطستين، ومحطة للضغط الهوائي، ووحدة للتحكم بالروائح مزودة بفلتر الكربون المنشط بسعة 1,200 متر مكعب/ الساعة.
وقال محمود عوض، المدير الإداري لـ "مجموعة كونكورد كورودكس": "نحن سعداء جداً بالنتائج الأولية التي حققها نظام شفط مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة. ولاحظنا خلال المرحلة الأولى من المشروع أهمية تصميم نظام رئيسي ومتطور لشفط مياه الصرف الصحي يعالج متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والنظافة لمشروع مرسى أم القيوين. وبعد النجاح الذي حققناه في تنفيذ أعمال النظام بمرسى أم القيوين، بات لزاماً علينا أن ننجح مرة أخرة في تنفيذ أعمال مشروع مشابه في قطر، فهو يعد مشروعا حيويا بالنسبة لنا، لأنّه يمثل أول تجربة لنا في تنفيذ مشروع له صلة بالجيش. ونجدد التزامنا بتسليم المشاريع في وقتها المحدد وتنفيذها في الوقت نفسه وفقا لأرفع المواصفات العالمية في هذا المجال."
وصرّح أحمد المطروشي، العضو المنتدب لـشركة "إعمار العقارية": "تتميز تكنولوجيا شفط مياه الصرف الصحي بالخلخلة بأنّها تكنولوجيا مبتكرة ومتطورة تحتاج إلى مزود ومقاول رائد في هذا المجال لضمان نجاح المشروع. وبالتالي، نحن نشيد بجهود "كورودكس/ روديجير" بإعتبارها شركة رائدة على مستوى الشرق الأوسط في تنفيذ مثل هذه المشاريع والتكنولوجيات، فضلا عن سرعتها وجهودها في تنفيذ أعمال المشروع في الوقت المتفق عليه."
وتشارك "مجموعة كونكورد كورودكس" في نشاطات الدورة الخامسة عشرة من معرض تكنولوجيا المياه والطاقة والبيئة "ويتيكس 2013" الذي يقام في مركز دبي الدولي للمؤتمرات والمعارض بين 15 و17 أبريل/ نيسان الجاري. ومن المقرر أن تشارك الشركات الرئيسية التابعة للمجموعة في المعرض في قاعة زعبيل، من بينها "كورودكس للتجارة" (المنصة D-13)، و"كورودكس للوقاية من الحريق والتشغيل الآلي" (المنصة D-21)، و"كورودكس للصناعات" (D-24)، حيث ستقوم باستعراض محفظتها من المنتجات والخدمات أمام شريحة واسعة من المشاركين والزوار القادمين من 30 دولة.
