For this special occasion, Chef Yonaha presents a traditionally festive spring menu for only AED 190 per person available for lunch and dinner, featuring Two Kinds of Sushi Balls for appetizers, Sakura Smoked Salmon Salad, Japanese Clear Soup with Seaweed and Bamboo Shoots, a fried delicacy of Sakura Ebi and Vegetable Tempura, a selection of Teppanyaki featuring Japanese Wagyu Hamburger with Daikon Orosh, Grilled Prawn with Wasabi Mayo, Grilled Scallop with Sakura Sauce and a delicious Daihuku Ice Cream with Red Beansdessert.
