Dubai, UAE, 10 April 2013: Executives from the Middle East banking & financial service industry got a first-hand glimpse of the future of bank statements at the Canon stand at Gulf Print & Pack. Joining with the company’s 17 strong array of solutions partners, GMC Software Technology demonstrated how its latest solution, Inspire Dynamic Statement is set to revolutionise the way banking customers will utilise their financial statements in the near future.
Instead of standard online statements, the solution presents each customer’s data through interactive charts and graphs that allow full drill-down capability for more detailed information. As well as any computer, the statements can also be viewed on any tablet device. The solution allows for institutes to track usage of every statement and use this data to populate relevant offers and marketing messages for each customer.
Inspire Dynamic Statement, is the latest application from GMC, based on its customer communication platform GMC Inspire. Inspire Dynamic Statement gives financial institutions an integrated and engaging way of presenting customer bank statements either on or offline. The solution will also provide Trans-promo applications with a new dimension that will enable vertical industries to provide with new levels of service to their customers such as telecommunications, banking, and utilities which all require to produce financial statements and bills.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 10 أبريل 2013: رأى المدراء من قطاع الخدمات المالية والمصرفية في الشرق الأوسط عن كثب مستقبل الكشوفات المصرفية في منصة كانون في معرض الخليج للطباعة والتغليف. وانضمت شركة "جي أم سي لتكنولوجيا البرمجيات"GMC Software Technology إلى الشركاء الـ 17 لكانون، وأظهرت كيف أن الحلّ الأحدث الذي تعرضه واسمه Inspire Dynamic Statement سيقلب المقاييس في الطريقة التي يستخدم بها عملاء المصارف كشوفاتهم المالية في المستقبل القريب.
فعوضاً عن كشف الحساب العادي على الإنترنت، يعرض الحل بيانات كل عميل عبر جداول ورسومات بيانية تفاعلية تسمح بالغوص فيها للحصول على معلومات أكثر تفصيلاً. وفضلاً على الكمبيوترات، يمكن رؤية كشف الحساب على أي جهاز لوحي. ويسمح هذا الحل للمعاهد بتعقّب استخدام كل كشف حساب واستخدام هذه البيانات لتقديم العروض المناسبة والرسائل التسويقية لكل عميل.
إنّ Inspire Dynamic Statement هو أحدث تطبيق من GMC، ويرتكز على منصة تواصل العملاء خاصتها GMC Inspire. ويزوّد Inspire Dynamic Statement المؤسسات المالية بطريقة متكاملة لعرض الكشف المصرفي للعملاء على الإنترنت أو خارجها. ويقدّم هذا الحل تطبيقات تعتمد الترويج من خلال التعاملات transpromotional تتضمّن مزاياً إضافية تسمح للقطاعات المتخصصة بتقديم مستويات جديدة من الخدمة للعملاء، مثل الاتصالات، والخدمات المصرفية، والخدمات العامة التي تستوجب تقديم الكشف المالي والفواتير.
