Company looking to leverage expertise in fire protection, ventilation and air distribution across the region

Aldes Middle East, a leading global solutions provider for fire protection, ventilation and air distribution and the local arm of Aldes Group, has expressed confidence in driving in an eight per cent Year-on-Year (YoY) growth across the GCC region by the end of this year—outdoing the company’s seven per cent YoY growth posting in 2012. Backing the company’s positive outlook is their current move to expand and leverage its expertise in fire protection, ventilation and air distribution across the region, particularly across key countries like KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE and Oman.
According to Aldes ME senior officials, the company’s confidence in maintaining continuous growth is reinforced by its ability to quickly react to major trends in the market and by expanding to new areas of growth within the region. Aside from its regional headquarters and main factory inside the Sharjah International Airport Free Zone, the company will soon be opening an office in Doha, Qatar, which is expected to consolidate Aldes' established network of partner distributors across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
“We are looking at an exciting year ahead of us, strengthened by our move to reach out into newer markets, launch of new products and participation in some of the GCC region’s major development projects,” said Gaëtan Pierrefeu, Managing Director, Aldes Middle East FZE. “We are extremely positive of reeling in an eight per cent YoY growth for this year, which we are sure to achieve by capitalizing on our three main activities—fire protection, air distribution and ventilation.”
As part of its expansion initiatives, the company has shared that it will soon be opening Aldes Qatar LLC. The company is also working closely with its partner MIMAR in a move to reinforce its current sales force in Saudi Arabia. Aldes ME will soon be launching a new VAV design for better air regulation and energy savings. Last year, Aldes ME introduced the twisted diffuser, which offers high technical performance and a unique aesthetical design. The diffuser offers better air diffusion in buildings to increase thermal comfort in living space. Also in the works is the coming release of what the company has referred to as a new product that will transform the air balancing system in buildings.
Over the last few years, Aldes ME has been involved with some of the most prestigious projects in the UAE like Ferrari World, Madinat Jumeirah, the New Doha International Airport in Qatar, the Qatar National Museum. Dubai’s Airport Terminal 2 and the Oasis Hospital in Al Ain. The company has also maintained a line of customers that are made up of leading brands from the UAE (Voltas and ETA); Qatar (Cummins, Samko, Mercury, QUMG) and Bahrain (Bu Kamal).

كشفت "ألديز الشرق الأوسط" (Aldes Middle East)، المزود العالمي لحلول الوقاية من الحرائق والتهوئة وتوزيع الهواء، والذراع المحلي التابع لـ "مجموعة ألديز"، عن عزمها تحقيق نمو سنوي قدره 8% في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال العام 2013، مقارنة بحجم النمو الذي حققته العام الماضي والذي بلغ 7%. وتتماشى توقعات النمو الإيجابية هذه مع مساعي الشركة الحالية لتوسعة محفظتها من الحلول المتكاملة في مجال الوقاية من الحرائق والتهوئة وتوزيع الهواء عبر دول المنطقة.
وأفاد كبار المسؤولين في "ألديز الشرق الأوسط" بأنّ قدرة الشركة الكبيرة على مواكبة أحدث التطورات في السوق ومساعيها الرامية إلى توسعة عملياتها في دول المنطقة، سيلعبان دوراً محورياً في مواصلة الشركة تحقيق مستويات نمو عالية. ويقع المقر الإقليمي للشركة ومصنعها الرئيسي في قلب المنطقة الحرة بمطار الشارقة الدولي، وستفتتح الشركة قريباً مكتباً لها في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، الأمر الذي سيعزز شبكة "ألديز" القائمة من شركاء التوزيع في كل من السعودية والبحرين وعمان.
وقال غايتن بيريفو، المدير الإداري لـ "ألديز الشرق الأوسط": "نتطلع إلى تحقيق مستويات نمو جديدة هذا العام وذلك في ضوء توجهنا إلى وضع موطئ قدم لنا في أسواق جديدة وإطلاق مجموعة جديدة من المنتجات والمشاركة في تنفيذ عدد من المشاريع الإنمائية على مستوى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ويتملكنا تفاؤل وثقة بتحقيقنا نموا قدره 8% بنهاية العام الجاري وذلك من خلال التركيز على 3 مسارات رئيسية هي الوقاية من الحرائق والتهوئة وتوزيع الهواء."
وفي إطار سياستها وخططها للتوسع على مستوى دول المنطقة، كشفت الشركة عن أنّها بصدد إفتتاح فرع لها في قطر. كما تعمل الشركة عن كثب مع شريكتها "ميمار" (MIMAR) من أجل زيادة مبيعاتها في السعودية. وأشارت الشركة إلى قرب إطلاقها نظام جديد لحاكمات الهواء متغير التدفق (VAV) من أجل توزيع الهواء بشكل أفضل وتحقيق وفورات في الطاقة. وفي العام الماضي، أطلقت الشركة موزع هواء بمنظور هندسي ملتوي يقدم أداءاً تقنياً عالياً ويتميز بتصميم فني فريد يوفر قدرة عالية على توزيع الهواء في الأبنية، وذلك لزيادة العزل الحراري ضمن المناطق السكنية. وأوضحت الشركة أنها تعتزم إطلاق منتج جديد أشارت إلى أنّه "سيحدث تغييراً جذرياً في نُظم موازنة الهواء في المباني."
وشاركت "ألديز الشرق الأوسط" في تنفيذ العديد من المشاريع الرئيسية، من بينها عالم فيراري ومدينة جميرا والمبنى 2 بمطار دبي الدولي ومستشفى الواحة في العين في الإمارات، إلى جانب مطار الدوحة الدولي الجديد ومتحف قطر الوطني في قطر. وتضم الشركة قائمة مرموقة من العملاء مثل "فولتاس و"إي. تي. إيه" في الإمارات، و"كومينز" و"سامكو" و"ميركوري" و"كيو. يو إم. جي" في قطر، و"بو كمال" في البحرين.
