New agreement reflects mutual commitment to promote the culture of quality, innovation and corporate excellence

As part of its ongoing commitment to deliver water and electricity services at highest levels of quality, excellence and professionalism, Al Ain Distribution Company (AADC) has renewed its strategic investment partnership with Dubai Quality Group (DQG) to build new levels of safety, reliability and quality in providing water and electricity distribution services. The agreement was signed by Eng. Badr Al-Thahli, Electricity Department Manager, AADC and Badriya Al Tamimi, Managing Director, DQG, in the presence of senior officials and executives from both parties.
During the meeting, Al Ain Distribution Company was awarded a Shield of Excellence and a Certificate of Appreciation, in recognition of their tireless efforts to support DQG’s vision to consolidate a culture of quality, innovation and corporate excellence across the local business industry. DQG’s delegation also listened to a presentation by AADC which highlighted the importance of corporate excellence and AADC’s aim to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and the highest level of quality for the safe, reliable, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective distribution of water and electricity.
H.E. Mohamed Bin Omair Al Shamsi, Managing Director, Al Ain Distribution Company, pointed out the renewed investment partnership with DQG demonstrates the keenness of AADC to promote its overall quality system aimed at customer satisfaction. “AADC is committed to creating mutual cooperation and knowledge exchange with all quality management authorities, including Dubai Quality Group, to raise the bar of industry excellence. Our policy is based on the adoption of the highest international quality standards and application of corporate excellence practices at the level of occupational management and employee rehabilitation, to provide an integrated infrastructure for the development of environmentally-friendly services that optimally meet customer aspirations.”
Commenting on the agreement, Eng. Badr Al-Thahli said that the partnership renewal complements the ongoing efforts of AADC to encourage corporate excellence on a bigger scale among water and electricity distributors. He further commended the role of DQG in consolidating the concept of comprehensive quality and promoting best business excellence practices across the government and private sectors. He added: “I am confident that being an investor partner to DQG will have a great, positive influence in terms of continued innovation under the highest standards of quality, health, safety and environment to address the current and future demand for water and electricity.”

تأكيداً على التزامها المتواصل بضمان تقديم خدمات المياه والكهرباء وفق أعلى مستويات الجودة والتميّز والاحترافية، جدّدت "شركة العين للتوزيع" اتفاقية الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع "مجموعة دبي للجودة" (DQG) في سبيل مواصلة العمل بصفة شريك مستثمر للوصول بخدمات توزيع المياه والكهرباء إلى مستوى جديد من الأمان والموثوقية والجودة. ووقّع الاتفاقية كلّ من المهندس بدر الذهلي، مدير دائرة الكهرباء في "شركة العين للتوزيع"، وبدرية التميمي، مدير عام "مجموعة دبي للجودة"، بحضور عدد من كبار المسؤولين والمديرين من الجانبين.
وتخلل اللقاء منح "شركة العين للتوزيع" درع تميّز وشهادة تقدير تكريماً لجهودها الحثيثة في دعم رؤية "مجموعة دبي للجودة" في ترسيخ ثقافة الجودة والابتكار والتميز المؤسسي ضمن قطاع الأعمال المحلي. واستمع وفد "مجموعة دبي للجودة" خلال الاجتماع إلى عرض تقديمي تناول التميّز المؤسسي باعتباره أحد أبرز الركائز الأساسية التي يستند إليها نطاق عمل "شركة العين للتوزيع" المتمحور حول تحقيق أفضل مقاييس الأداء وأعلى درجات الجودة لتوزيع المياه والكهرباء بطريقة آمنة وموثوقة بتكلفة اقتصادية دون المساس بالبيئة والموارد الطبيعية.
وأوضح محمد بن عمير الشامسي، مدير عام "شركة العين للتوزيع"، بأنّ تجديد الشراكة الاستثمارية مع "مجموعة دبي للجودة" يندرج في إطار حرص "شركة العين للتوزيع" على دعم منظومة الجودة الشاملة المعتمدة لديها لضمان تقديم أفضل خدمات توزيع المياه والكهرباء القادرة على تحقيق رضا العملاء، مؤكداً التزام الشركة بتوسيع نطاق التعاون المشترك والتبادل المعرفي مع كافة الهيئات المعنية بإدارة الجودة، وفي مقدمتها "مجموعة دبي للجودة"، بما يخدم مسيرة التميّز التي تقودها ضمن قطاع توزيع المياه والكهرباء. مضيفاً: "تنتهج "شركة العين للتوزيع" سياسة قائمة على اعتماد أعلى معايير الجودة العالمية وتطبيق نهج التميّز المؤسسي على مستوى إدارة العمليات التشغيلية وتأهيل الكوادر البشرية لضمان توفير بيئة تحتية متكاملة لتطوير خدمات آمنة بيئياً وقادرة على تلبية تطلعات العملاء بالشكل الأمثل."
وتعليقاً على اتفاقية الشريك المستثمر، صرّح بدر الذهلي بأنّ تجديد الشراكة الاستراتيجية مع "مجموعة دبي للجودة" يعتبر بمثابة خطوة نوعية لاستكمال الجهود الحثيثة المبذولة من قبل "شركة العين للتوزيع" لنشر ثقافة التميز المؤسسي على نطاق واسع بين أوساط قطاع توزيع المياه والكهرباء، مشيداً بدور "مجموعة دبي للجودة" في ترسيخ مفهوم الجودة الشاملة وتعزيز أفضل ممارسات تميز الأعمال ضمن القطاعين العام والخاص. وأعرب الذهلي عن ثقته بأنّ "مواصلة العمل بصفة شريك مستثمر لـ "مجموعة دبي للجودة" سيكون له تأثير إيجابي على صعيد مواصلة الابتكار وتطبيق أعلى معايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة لمواكبة الاحتياجات الحالية والمستقبلية من المياه والكهرباء."

وتعد "شركة العين للتوزيع"، التي تأسست في العام 1999 كشركة مساهمة عامة مملوكة بالكامل لـ "هيئة مياه وكهرباء أبوظبي"، إحدى أبرز الشركات الرائدة اقليمياً في مجال توزيع المياه والكهرباء، حيث تعمل وفق منهجية متكاملة وقائمة على تحديث وتطوير البنية التحتية لشبكات التوزيع وفق أحدث التقنيات الفنية والتكنولوجية المتقدمة في سبيل ضمان توافر المياه واستمرارية التغذية الكهربائية لتلبية الطلب المحلي المتزايد على الطاقة دون المساس بالبيئة.
