HP customers now have five different ways of benefitting for quick and efficient product servicing that guarantees prompt return of HP products to owners.

Carry-In: Bring any HP Consumer PC to the service center Front Desk and benefit from face to face interaction with the customer service personnel for prompt diagnosis which in some cases, HP’s technicians can service PCs right there on the spot. Turnaround time is targeted between 3 to  5 business days

Pickup and Return: HP technicians collect units from a customer’s location (within a 100km radius from city centre) and return them once repaired. HP works towards having done within five working days.

On-Site: Customers need not take their HP premium product anywhere, as technicians will go on site and do the needed repairs. They will be called back within eight business hours and 90% of On-site cases will be fixed in three business days.

Total Care Center (TCC): Customers can go straight to source and visit the TCC that is designed to provide an inspiring and superior service experience while enabling live interaction with product experts and innovative environment. Collect at Retail: Lastly, customers can take their HP Consumer PC to the retail location point of purchase; technicians will collect it, repair it, and deliver it back to the retail shop, for quick and easy pick up once complete.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 18 فبراير 2013 – ضمن التزامها المستمر تجاه عملائها ومنحهم أفضل تجربة مبتكرة، اعلنت "اتش بي" عن خدمة جديدة متكاملة من العروض المميزة التي تضمن حصول عملائها على أفضل مستويات الدعم والمساعدة. فالآن أصبحت لدى عملاء "اتش بي" خمس وسائل مختلفة للاستفادة من خدمة المنتجات السريعة والفعالة، والتي تضمن سرعة إعادة منتجات "اتش بي" إلى مالكيها.

الحضور إلى مركز الصيانة: قم بإحضار أي جهاز حاسوب شخصي من "اتش بي" إلى مكتب الاستقبال في مركز الصيانة واستفد من التعامل المباشر مع موظفي خدمة العملاء للحصول على تشخيص فوري للمشكلة. كما يتمكن فنيو الصيانة لدى "اتش بي" في بعض الحالات من حل المشكلة بشكل فوري. وتكون فترة الصيانة من 3-5 أيام عمل.

الاستلام والتسليم: يقوم فنيو "اتش بي" باستلام الأجهزة من موقع العميل (وضمن مسافة 100 كيلومتر من مركز المدينة) وإعادتها إليهم بعد التصليح. وتسعى "اتش بي" إلى إتمام تلك المهمة خلال خمسة أيام عمل.

الصيانة في الموقع:  لا حاجة إلى العملاء بنقل منتجاتهم من "اتش بي" إلى أي مكان، حيث يتوجه الفني إلى الموقع ويجري الإصلاحات اللازمة. تتم إعادة الاتصال خلال ثمانية أيام عمل، بينما تجري 90% من عمليات الصيانة في الموقع خلال ثلاثة أيام عمل.

مركز العناية الشاملة: يمكن للعملاء التوجه مباشرة إلى المصدر وزيارة مركز العناية الشاملة، والمصمم خصيصاً ليقدم تجربة ملهمة ومتفوقة من الخدمات فيما يتيح التفاعل المباشر مع خبراء المنتجات في بيئة مبتكرة ومميزة.
