The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) recently organized its Fifth Makkah Recruitment Forum under the theme “My Job, My Safety”, as part of its vision that comprehensive development can best be achieved through human development. Held at the College of Tourism and Hospitality, the event offered around 4,250 job opportunities to Saudi nationals across Makkah region, provided by 69 participating companies from various segments, including tourism and the private sector which plays a major part in the development process. Elaf Group of Companies for Travel, Tourism and Hotels was one of the participants.
Ziyad Bin Mahfouz, President, Elaf Group of Companies, said: “We are committed to providing job opportunities to nationals through our current and upcoming projects. The tourism-related training sessions and courses have significantly contributed to building a young pool of Saudi personnel with the required potential and ability to work in the field.”
Bin Mahfouz thanked the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation for their gesture of presenting a Certificate of Appreciation to Elaf Group, in recognition of its effective participation in the Fifth Recruitment Forum. He lauded TVTC’s extensive training and employment efforts under a partnership-building strategy that aims to promote employment-related training across the private sector. He also reaffirmed the Group’s adherence to the Saudization program and the vision of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities.
شركات سياحية سعودية تشارك في لقاء التوظيف الخامس من تنظيم المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني

إيماناً بأن تحقيق التنمية الشاملة يعتمد في المقام الأول على التنمية البشرية، عقدت المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني مؤخراً اللقاء الخامس للتوظيف بمنطقة مكة المكرمة تحت شعار "وظيفتي أمان" والذي أقيم في حرم كلية السياحة والفندقة. وشكّل الحدث منصةً ممتازة لتوفير ما يقارب من 4250 فرصة عمل للكوادر الوطنية بمحافظات منطقة مكة المكرمة، بمشاركة 69 شركة من مختلف القطاعات، مثل القطاع السياحي والقطاع الخاص الذي يقوم بالدور الأكبر في عملية التنمية، بما فيها "مجموعة إيلاف للسياحة والسفر والفنادق".
وأكّد زياد بن محفوظ، رئيس المجموعة، على حرص "ايلاف" على تقديم فرص العمل الى المواطنين من خلال تطوير المشاريع الحالية والمستقبلية، مشيراً الى أن الدورات والجلسات التدريبية في المجال السياحي قد أسهمت في تخريج شباب سعودي يتمتع بالمؤهلات والامكانات اللازمة للعمل في القطاع.
وتوجه بن محفوظ بالشكر إلى المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني على شهادة التقدير المقدمة الى "مجموعة إيلاف" لمشاركتها الفاعلة في لقاء التوظيف الخامس "وظيفتي آمان". كما أثنى على الجهود المتميزة التي تقوم بها المؤسسة في مجال التدريب والتوظيف في اطار إستراتيجية ترتكز على تطوير برامج الشراكات الرامية الى تعزيز التدريب المرتبط بالتوظيف في القطاع الخاص. وإختتم بتأكيده على التزام المجموعة بالامتثال لبرامج التوطين ورؤى الهيئة العامة للسياحة والآثار.
