All new models are powered by Canon imaging technologies that offer outstanding quality. Canon’s DIGIC 4 processor technology combines with high resolution 16.0 Megapixel sensors to deliver detailed and colour rich images in an instant, ensuring that every moment is captured as you remember it.
28mm wide-angle genuine Canon lenses allow users to capture more of a scene, providing a perfect option for family shots, birthday parties, or holiday landscapes. The new PowerShot models offer a 5x optical zoom, while the new IXUS 140’s powerful 8x optical zoom gets even closer to the subject. Canon’s ZoomPlus technology also digitally extends each zoom’s reach to up to double that of the optical zoom, with high quality results – perfect for getting closer to subjects during a city break or at a family party.
The IXUS 140 and PowerShot A3500 IS include Canon’s optical Image Stabilizer technology featuring Intelligent IS, which detects the style of camera shake and automatically selects the most suitable camera settings from six different modes to combat it. Digital IS mode, featured on the PowerShot A2600 and PowerShot A1400, automatically detects any camera or subject motion, and when required adjusts the camera’s ISO, shutter speed, or even shoots multiple images, to capture crisp and clear images.
Instantly shoot and share
The new IXUS 140 and the PowerShot A3500 IS are part of Canon’s expanded range of Wi-Fi enabled cameras, ideal for anyone who can’t wait to share their images. Using Canon’s free CameraWindow application, users can wirelessly connect and transfer images or movies to both iOS and Android™ smartphones or tablets for enjoying on the move, or upload directly to social networks such as Facebook®. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity[i], combined with CANON iMAGE GATEWAY, offers the freedom to share or backup images directly from the camera to the cloud. Offering 10 GB of personal storage capacity, CANON iMAGE GATEWAY is an online facility for storing and sharing photos and video. Users can also automatically transfer their shots to a computer, as well as wirelessly print images from the camera on compatible printers including Canon SELPHY and PIXMA models, so photos can be printed and displayed almost immediately after capture.
Holiday memories and photo locations can also be recorded and tagged on the IXUS 140 and PowerShot A3500 IS using the GPS via mobile function. Using the Canon CameraWindow app, users can wirelessly sync the camera to their smartphone’s GPS. At the end of each day, Wi-Fi can be activated to pair the captured images on the camera with the location data recorded from the smartphone.

دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، 11 فبراير 2013 – أضافت كانون الشرق الأوسط أربعة طرازات جديدة أنيقة وسهلة الاستخدام إلى مجموعة كاميراتها الصغيرة، وهي كاميرا IXUS 140 الجديدة وPowerShot A3500 IS و PowerShot A2600 وPowerShot A1400. وقد صُمّم كل طراز جديد ليسهّل التقاط الصور الثابتة والأفلام عالية التعريف، لذا تتحلّى كل كاميرا بمجموعة فريدة من المواصفات المسلية والتلقائية. أما IXUS 140 الجديدة فتجمع بين التصوير السهل والأسلوب اللافت.
جودة صور كانون لنتائج مذهلة
تعمل الطرازات الجديدة كلّها بتقنيات التصوير من كانون التي تقدّم نتائج مذهلة. فيجتمع معالج DIGIC 4 مع المستشعرات عالية الوضوح بدقّة 16 ميغابكسل لتقديم صور غنيّة بالتفاصيل والألوان حرصاً على التقاط كل لحظة تماماً كما نتذكّرها.

تضمّ IXUS 140 و PowerShot A3500 IS تكنولوجيا مثبّت الصور البصري Image Stabilizer مع نظام Intelligent IS الذي يرصد نوع اهتزاز الكاميرا ويختار تلقائياً إعدادات الكاميرا الأنسب من بين ستّة أنماط مختلفة لمنع الاهتزاز. أمّا نمط Digital IS في كاميرا PowerShot A2600 وPowerShot A1400، فيرصد تلقائياً تحرّك للكاميرا أو لموضوع التصوير، وعند الحاجة يعدّل إعدادات ISO في الكاميرا أو سرعة المصراع أو حتى يأخذ عدّة صور للحرص على نيل صور واضحة.
التقط الصور وتشاطرها على الفور
تندرج IXUS 140 و PowerShot A3500 IS ضمن مجموعة كانون الموسّعة من الكاميرات المجهّزة بتقنية الاتصال اللاسلكي Wi-Fi، وهذه ميزة ممتازة لأي شخص يرغب في تشاطر صوره فوراً. فمن خلال تطبيق CameraWindow المجاني من كانون، يستطيع المستخدم الاتصال بالهواتف الذكية أو الأجهزة اللوحية التي تعمل بنظام iOS و Androidلاسلكياً ونقل الصور أو الافلام إليها، أو تحميل الصور مباشرة إلى شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل فايسبوك. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يؤمّن الاتصال بتقنية Wi-Fi[1]، مع iMAGE GATEWAY من كانون، حرية تشاطر الصور أو الاحتفاظ بنسخات احتياطية مباشرة من الكاميرا إلى السحابة الكمبيوترية. فوظيفةiMAGE GATEWAY هي خدمة على الإنترنت لتخزين الصور والفيديو وتشاطرها، مع سعة تخزين شخصية تصل إلى 10 جيغابايت. ويستطيع المستخدم تلقائياً نقل صوره إلى الكمبيوتر، وطباعة الصور لاسلكياً[2] من الكاميرا على طابعات متلائمة مع الكاميرا مثل طرازات SELPHY و PIXMA من كانون، وهكذا يمكن طباعة الصور وعرضها مباشرة بعد التقاطها.
