Returning this August, Shark Week dives back into the fascinating world of one of the ocean's most misunderstood predators through a week-long celebration delivering 20 jaw-dropping, blockbuster premieres across every night on Discovery channel, packed with pulse-pounding action, epic breaches, and high-stakes encounters. Featuring pioneering technology, groundbreaking investigations, and unbelievable stunts, each special dives into the mysterious worlds of these apex predators, bringing audiences closer to their raw power and untamed nature like never before.

- K-Pop Shark Heroes: Comedian and actor Ken Jeong embarks on a unique mission with GRAMMY®-nominated artist and lifetime shark lover REI AMI to reshape perceptions of sharks across East Asia following a series of shark encounters off the Korean Peninsula.

The new season opens with one of the most significant tornado outbreaks to strike the central United States in recent years, as eyewitnesses and experienced storm chasers document the destruction caused by multiple supercell storms.
